7 man Superleague or Xball in Europe

AFAIK there will be no promotion between formats - the EXL teams remain the same season after season, it's a locked league, the promotion and demotion will be between the 7-Man divisions.

Bearing in mind that London supports Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, Charlton and countless League sides in football, i am sure that the city name can be used by two or three paintball teams as well.

London Tigers (Already adopted)
London Nexus (Robbo wants it)
London whoever......

Are there any rules that specify that teams have to all have different city names? How would it be decided?
