MESSAGE FOR SUPERFLY

MESSAGE FOR SUPER FLY
sorry Nick i know it is out of the subject but i have to answer superfly and psycho post.and it is the only place i can do it so....
I m usually known to be kind and calm , but there is 2 ways to talk one is gentle and usually make great conversations, the other one is mean... but depend who we talk to that s important to pick the right tone.for this one i ll take the mean tone as the post is a way out of limit.
so my little friend superfly.... first of all we usually introduce ourselves when we talk i did it myself, and i guess you don thave as many jersey hunged on your wall as i have on mine from so many different good teams and also i m not sure you ll never played an NPPL final and you ll never will anyway...but even thought i took the time to say who i am even if it wasn t really needed...that would be nice to say who you are for who you play and from where you are !!!
to answer psycho, who think that s a good joke what would you think if i post a picture of your sweet princess Diana blow appart in her 200000$ mercedes benz and write "english people are not welcome in France".I guess you won t really think it will be a good joke, and you see it is a question of respect.the difference beetween me and superfly is i haven t been raised in a trash in the middle of the rubbish, my parents teach me the meaning of the word respect.
So as superfly doesn t know what is that, it is never too late to learn it, i invite him to call me at oo1 (for usa)818 357 9446 or come to see me anytime, but i guess that won t happen because he will be busy searching his balls, no need to waist your time superfly, i know where they are..look in your socks.but then if you want to appologize it is never too late, better late than never. To answer you ... the same way you did :F U C K YOU and so are saying the 60 millions of people who live in the country of france. I guess you must be sad to see that a french guy and that played for tonton so long has more courage than you ll ever have in your entire life...so it is where ever when ever you want...either to communicate if you have something smart to say or fight if you want so , i ll be your man in any case, it is your decision, you can also stay quiet and remain the same little coward that you are now.
I do not enjoy answering like that , but i ll always stand for myself . no offence to the other reader.
I appologize by advance to all the other readers who are not concern by this reply.

Pete is in San Diego, but we have had this conversation before and two things have been made abundantly clear when the subject has come up.

Firstly, Pete has stated that if anyone on Nexus had a cheat of any nature put in their gun and he found out about it he would sever all connections with the team immediately. Secondly, we (PGi) would pull our sponsorship of Nexus straight away.

I know that the team have felt that they have been hopelessly outgunned by several teams in the NPPL, and that is hard for players to take, feeling the odds are illegally stacked against you before a ball is fired, but Pete and the magazine (the owners of the team) have taken a cast iron stance on the issue, so I'm sure that each and every player on that team will tell you they do not use any cheats or their guns.

Fab..

I don't think anyone was questioning what great players you and Fred are, and I understand how you could be miffed by the picture but the Diana thing was way outta left field (not double standards, I'll explain)

Earlier in the thread when it descended into a dual language forum, the term "rosbeefs" was used quite frequently, fine I accept that as a cultural nickname, Frogs and Rosbeefs, I mean no offence by it and have never used the term on the forums or to anyone.

The picture was a bit far but I don't believe, imho, that it constitutes racism, if someone does then obviously their opinion should be considered and it should be pulled.

Any views I have expressed have been from my (admittedly Limited and not pro superstar) experience and I think that is the case for the majority of the posters on this thread, So please don't let legitimate questions about cheating guns and the standard of reffing (french, english or whatever) descend into a mass rant.

Everybody now feel free to shoot me down in flames!.:D

Fabrice:

I agree with everything you say - Actually I didn't know you guys were no longer affiliated with the team, I thought you were back, because I didn't go to the Campaign Cup, and in Paris Fred played with them.

Your point is noted :)

- Maybe Frank or Seb or someone else could post on here, that the Tontons are not using cheat modes?!

As for the picture, actually it was me that overshot you, and it wasn't intentional.

I was in the second dorito in front of your players area working the tape, switched sides and immidiately opened up as I saw a guy running towards me - I didn't know you had already been shot by another player (so only half the shots were from me) and were actually slowing down - and in that moment, didn't think about the fact that you needed to go past me, to get to your players area.

I appologise - and incidentally - Steve Morris 141d me instantly for overshooting - and it cost us the point (I would otherwise have been one on one with Frank) :)

I agree the Joy Division poster was in poor taste - and I know
Sebban already appologised for it after it came out.

Duffy:

Point well taken and noted :)

hi this is fred

the aim of our intervention, is to answer to those who went really too far, and sorry but this thread became more a racist thing than a constructive debate.
we have respect for everybody who is morderate and bring his point respecting the others, but here it went to an anti french and anti tonton post.
we have nothing against many of you, thoses who talked too much are concern, not the ohters.
my brother gave a hard example, wich is not appropriate, but it's just to show that some of these post are also completly unapprpriate, and he wants to show that it affect us just as much as his example can do.
we've heard that kind of thing s for year, but after a while it becomes really hard and we can't let it do all the time, at some point it has to stop.

for the debate itself, I will say this, I can't say who's and who is not cheating on their guns if I don't bring the formal proof that they do, and no one can either. you can't say I'm sure these guys cheat but be sure that if any of my guys is cheating he'll be punish

just make the promoters buy this radar that can chrono any rate of fire and the speed, and story will be over, you'll know exactly who's doing what. and then apply the rules strictly to whoever is cheating no matter of who he is and from where, just sanction.
but you need something a bit more sophisticated than I'll count in my head how many balls per sec. this gun is shooting.

NXL sat a great example in term of reffing, reffs are friends with everybody, it's always the same crew, they call you by your name on the field, but they don't hesitate a second to apply the rules and to give you a penalty if you deserve it, and noone complains about it, becasue this reffing is fair. of course someitmes thei're tired and miss cupple of calls, but generally they do a fantastic job, and noone feels he get screwed.
and they have this radar so they check everyone all the time, off the break, during the game, sometimes they take your gun to check it. and you can't cheat on you gun anymore.
done, everybody is shooting the same, exactly the same.

I hope this debate will come down, and go back to something constructive, with smart and moderate people.

and believe that my true wish is to see millenium as it was before, a great league where people share the same passion and don't bring this nationality thing.
I hope my message will have a little impact and maybe will make cupple of people change their mind on both side. let's be a little bit more open minded and forget the old dispute which started 1000 year ago.

Am I the only one to see this or what? I think that picture is totally out of line especially after the debate that has just been held and be it deliberate or not I consider it a personal attack to Fab since he has participated in this thread.

Alright boys and girls, we are not going to degenerate again into tough guy talk and posturing on a forum. For one, it's silly and two, it's a waste of time and detracts from an important issue.

So far we can agree that some Brits don't like the French and some Frenchmen don't like the Brits. Etc, etc, etc. Live with it but don't contribute to it in this thread again.

Various peeps have differing opinions about the state of some teams markers in competition. Whatever. One real problem with this is that until the leagues that aren't dealing with this issue start doing something constructive it is easy to imagine everyone is guilty until proved innocent hence tossing about accusations is easy recourse and also justification to do it yourself. This isn't going to be resolved here no matter what anyone says.
However, long and loud demands that something substantive be done to address this issue might have some impact.

Regarding overshooting. Take that discussion elsewhere. Try a new thread if you're really into it. Regarding the pic of Fab. Whether it represents overshooting is debatable (looks like another day at the office to me) but not really the point. It was used to embarrass and nobody likes being embarrassed particularly not in the context of something they take pride in. The alteration to the photo added some nationalistic ridicule to the mix. Hardly any wonder the guy in the photo was offended, or his friends or brother, or countrymen for that matter.

If anyone has anything they imagine might be constructive to add at this point feel free to do so, if not, best not.

If anyone wishes to continue individual "conversations"--like Fred1 and coombzy--limit yourselves to emails or pm's.

Happy Motoring.
