I think all my posts have been consistent in that I want the refs to have more power and the serious downturn in behavior to be arrested, along with the worst culprits. I do believe in the 'Velvet Kosh' system of ejudicating, which is perhaps one of the reasons I am kept as far away from those matters as humanly possible...

Nope, demonstrable or not, it counts for nothing. Ever tried arguing against an insurance company and asking them to accept more liability themselves?Legally, doesn't their demonstrable efforts count for something. If a claims assesor turned up to an NPPL event it wouldn't take much to go "sod this all those guns aren't semi"
