Just an idea but couldn't something be made to strap onto a gun
and record the max rate of fire.

So two teams walk on the refs randomly choose a member of each team and attach said devices to there guns. At the end of
the match refs check to see what the max ROF has been and if it
is stupidly high then hit them with the penalty points or disqualifications or games losses.

Like I said just an idea and its probably more a method for capping ROF than stopping ramping but hey im at work and I've got nothing better to do.

trigger pulled - marker fires - recoils back to finger- hits finger and bounces back to fire marker again. you have to find a sweet spot to do it 'properly' but i can occur when double tapping coz your fingers are always moving

Steve, I think you better qualify your observation because I know full well there is no way in the world Jack would walk out into a game with his marker working with a fault on it !!

Nick, what was that post supposed to mean ?

If you mean Jack Wood, i was talking about a different Jack that mario and i know. Either way, it wasn't during a game, it was in the safe area when he was tuning it and clearly hadn't got the settings quite right, coz when he put it down on the table it started firing continuously.

But you're quite right, i should have been clearer. Apologies if anyone took offence.
