Campaign Marshalling merged threads

He can go as far as he likes from the hopper in the new rules.

But if he loses it and goes back to pick it up, if it's been shot then he is out.

The rules changed this season on what you can leave behind and what you can't.

From wot Manike wrote about goin back if its hit etc then i'am out, but the thing was ma hopper wasn t hit, i had a major burst inside it, but fcuk it it's over.

Now a aint gonna beat about the bush am just gonna say it straight and I don t care if i am frowned apon for this,

the marshalls on the Raven field were sh*t, after wot happened to me and wot they did to kelly's they should av been shot, also EVIL PIGS were mince at marshalling. Sorry guys no offence but you guys made sum really bad calls, I seen on more than 1 occasion ur guys WIPING people and puttin them back in!!!!!

Astroturf X-ball marshalls were great (soz bout the language boys), so were all of the other fields but the raven and JT marshalls really let the tourney down

They also made some questionable calls in the Avalanche/Bad Company game... ah well, it's over now. At the time when I saw it I thought to myself "this is gonna kick up some fuss on the forums after..."

yeah i couldn t believe it, i was soooo chuffed that i managed to get all the way back to the hopper and pik it up AND get in tight with Big Sid in a stand up coke can (which aint easy he's a big guy lol) for the marshall to call me out, but as a said fcuk it, it's over

I had a very bad call on the Tomahawk field which caused us the game..

3 of us Left vs 3. 1 at the 50. 1 back right and 1 back left.

One of the other team comes round and trys to mug our 50 guy...I hit him before he gets round but he continues to come round and him and our 50 guy both hits eachother.

The ref runs over pulls his armband off and calls him out, runs over to our 50 guy and wipes the paint of his stomach and then backs off so our 50 guy plays on and next thing you know he is being pulled for playing on and i get pulled in the process.

Now if he was eliminated, why was he wiped down? why was his armband not pulled?



Another bad call was on the RPS field when i ran past the snake and mugged the guy at the block in the 50 of the snake and yes i got lit up after i hit him (other team must of been shooting marbles as 4 of my pots had been broken) and as soon as i got hit i put my hand up (didnt stop them from bonus balling) and as i was walking off i turned and seen the ref wiping him down


Thats the only hassle i really had with marshalls. The others were spot on especially the splatch field. The guys were harsh and fair and called it straight down the middle. Too bad we only got to play that field once

After speaking with some of the bushwackers, they played Ton Tons on the jt field and before the game they asked for more marshalls. They didnt fancy playing Ton Tons with french marshalls.

Big up to all the marshalls. It aint an easy job!

I think the New Russians had good and strict marshalling, and they had good knowledge of the rules. At least in our two or three games on their field.

The problem with strict marshalling is when it is not the same level on all fields, which always causes "situations" for some teams because they might get used to a little more "laissez faire" reffing if the first games are played on such fields. Then they feel they get f***ed when they get a strict call. And so the whining begins.
