GO on mate tell me in fact, by- pass Russel who is a weasel and will probably phone me when He reads that!

In fact here is my new phone number with better reception for him to phone. + 44 (0) 7843880739 if he wants to play same old same old.

I got asked to join the PA full stop by Russel no matter what he says, he knows my overall heart is so keen on bringing the sport forward and everybody around the country knows this as well.

So some people in the world of paintball actually listen to me when im not tanked up with brandy.

I have been lucky to play with some of the best teams out there in the world of paintball and seen the good, bad , and ugly.

My problem lies with maybe thinking to much and having a good memory and Russel is an intelligent man and trying to keep in with everybody.
Now this may be wrong i've seen the world of paintball over many years and in many countries and everybody would fall over backwards to help a fello baller but the PA has changed some of that.

Its like sticking a bunch of customers on a field and saying your going to be national champions.

See my argument is one of specatators and feeling welcome, I look at everybody and see and talk to all.

My records show this, The events people love is Midlands because they might not get it right all the time but they learn and fix it and most importantly LISTEN.
Everybody has a good time and love the girls efforts.

The Bully events because for the same reasons no matter what the weather.

Southern leagues are fantastic and will always be aggressive " I think its the shandy you drink , just joking lad's"

But problems had started when this rule of self indulgence on Hatts department blurred peoples minds with false promises then players started losing faith in playin paintball.

Never .... never should this happen, no other event that I understand or heard of has made players stop playing whats going on there.

I have spent more money than I care to mention playing and going round advising and helping new teams become better through my experiance and then they enter a world of politics and find out it stops becoming fun when goal posts keep changing.

I say this to be good at what you do you must enjoy it.

Sorry did I go off on one again, Tell me who an where for the gold statue.... I'm not asking Ancaster to move that tank so Hatts can go up there.

Might not have Planning permission Ha HA

Mad dog, how many teams are playing the PA? around 40? how many teams are playing Bullys? UKMasters? if the PA is supposedly so bad how come so many teams still play it?

The PA had put a lot of effort into running a good event, and in that they have succeeded.

i've heard alot of complaints about other events which some teams are now refusing to play, opinions about events differ, just because you don't like the PA doesn't mean it's a bad event.

do you really need Robbo to call you to explain his joke?

Tony is correct 100%.

I have no beef with any of the other tournaments, I've enjoyed playing most of them at different times but to say the PA is a bad tournament is where you lose any tiny scrap of support and respect you may have once had. I'm afraid that is just incorrect, plain and simple.

See really thats not important to me the exsplanation of jokes and I never said I didnt like the PA ever. In fact you saw me last year giving it the big thumbs up apart from the ramping but forget that we won't get into that will we?

All because what I saw was a good idea from Hatts and Gillie going wrong because they was changing things and people got fed up with this.

See I saw a few things and offered some of my views to be told some choice things, and I never forget things.

Some people had written to some people and said some lies or so they say, I dont care anymore, And it was all to with safety.

If I made an impact and things where changed for safety sake then my job was done.

40 teams or not you will find many teams where supposedly locked down to play the PA because they paid up front and could not have there money back tell me im wrong.

Business is business and full respect to that, a tournament should be run like a business and with that in mind a business has customers and they should be treated with respect, thats where the PA lacks interest with me now.

I used to like Hatts and Gillie but all I saw was them change, when they tell people they have known for a long time to "f" off and so like.

It was wrong, look i'm All for his ideas and just want him to be the old Hatts I used to like is that wrong. I dont offer to build things for free who I hate mate. But your point is taken.

past two events the girls have had 50 teams+ playing with them. with quite a few ex pa teams and also many southern teams making the effort.

and in response to why do teams still play the pa? possibly because they were forced to pay there money at the start of the season and cant afford to play elsewhere?

when i say forced i know that they could still pay per event but there were pretty big reductions in paying all at once at start of season, which might have coerced them into paying all at once

dont get me wrong the pa have many really good ideas, but the implementation sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

Just another point no tournament is bad, its the players that make a tournament not the organisers that is where the States win over us.

The players coming together and being buddies and enjoying something is what makes a good day. You could suck at competitions but the feeling when you leave is good.

No matter where you put a compettiton in this country if the atmosphere is good you tell me you would'nt go and drive to play it.

This is where Uk ballers fail, To many politics not enough paintballing.

Its right someone once said if you took away all the political hype and bull**** and money making stuff we could win anybody in the world.

See paintball is going like the political rubbish goverment we have here in the UK and its beginning to suck.

As for jokes here's one that says it all, on a lighter note. because im done.

Mujibar was trying to enter Britain legally through Immigration.

The Immagration Officer said to him. " Mujibar, you have passed all the tests, except one.
Unless you pass it you can not enter Britain.

Mujibar replied, " I am ready."

The officer Said. " I want you to make a sentance up using the words Yellow, Pink, and green."

Mujibar thought for a few minutes and then said." Mister Officer, I am ready."

" Then proceed. " said the officer

Munjibar began. " The telphone goes green, green, green, I pink it up, and say, yellow, this is Munjibar."

Munjibar now works at a call centre near you bye the way.

PEACE MD OUT

Sorry mate it meant nothing but push all the bull to one side, then the stuff that holds you back from playing and it comes down the same old thing of there are always ways around things.

Stupid rules ETC.

But a simple matter of communication, and willing to try and get along will solve many problems.

Why do you think American paintball is better than UK balling be honest, and see if you can change the way some people think.

Because I tell you this if I win The lottery, most of my money after the house, car etc will go on a stadium of sports and bring teams down to train for free and play for nearly nothing but in return I would want advertising of course.

Watch it turn around then, no bitching, well not much.

Lads from all teams around the country just playing and improving there skills but relaxed and having a good time.

I think thats what Robbo is trying to do from what I have heard and full respect to that, but More Robbo's are needed to make Uk paintball great.

Ok got go but will look at this another time before I get sucked into a world of forum hell.

There are more of us and we have a winning mentality.

Americans are born to win, driven to win, from tha day they are born. It's in our culture and we push sports hard. Tha Australians do tha same.

You guys don't have the same approach. And you have a tendency to look for reasons and excuses as to why you can't do things, whereas we look at reasons why we can.

We're a young country with a can-do mentality, you're a fading power with distant memories of a glorious colonial past, and tha rot has permeated your entire society.

It's a culture thang.

What a load of trash.

Rugby world champions. Football world cup quarter finalists. Currently kicking Australia's arse at cricket. all recent achievements. There were Englishmen in the Ryder cup team that wooped yo ass. Just cause america are ****e at football(thats real football. the one where you use your feet to manipulate the ball), cricket and rugby doesn't mean you hav a nation of losers. you moron

Sport as a whole is on the up here in England now that its getting the funding it deserves. We have loads of talent here in this country and we do far better in sport than other countries of comparible size.

You're talking about the attitude of individuals and applying that to a whole nation. you tell people like Steve Redgrave and Martin Johnson, Bryan Robson, Bobby Moore. All legends in there chosen sport and all winners at the highest level, that they dont have a winning attitude. America has its fair share of losers too. In fact if you stuck it in a ratio basis you probably Have a greater number of losers than we do. You're talking statistics and as a famous spotsman once said "statistics are like bikinis, what they reveal is important but what they conceal is vital."

The key here is chosen sport. As a nation our children play a handful of sports and so at senior level we only compete in a handful of events. That however is changing and more and more kids are playing more and more sports all the time.

Fading colonial power! Most of people in England couldn't care less that once upon a time we ruled nearly a third of the worlds population. We look forward.

So stop being so predjudiced. We have nothing to prove to anyone, especially the simple minded.
