Does it not just come down to effort? I'm not the best player in the UK by a long shot, but i'm better than most just because I spend the time to practice as hard as possible with what I've got. I've read stories about Greg Hastings and Taylor Thomas traveling for six or seven hours just to practice and improve. I don't see that level of dedication in the UK! Unless your practice field is on your doorstep most Brit players don't want to know!

I salute you Markie C.

It's funny to hear that you don't get many teams calling you to come along to the Northern Quarter, that's nuts.

Yes I'll be there myself, I move down to Bournemouth in a few weeks to become a student again, so let me know some dates.

Again, I'm really happy that there are others in the UK who care enough to do what Markie's doing.

Hey guys..

I did start reading this entire thread about 4 days ago but ran out of pro-plus and red bull to stay awake, like a good book it was.

Not going to add another 6 pages of txt to the thread, what I will say is this, I agree with most of Robbos points, some actuallywith passion. We as a Nation need to stop bitchin about why we can't compete in the US or indeed Europe and do something about it, why do we knock people down when they reach the top, becasue it's the British way, whether it be a footballer or a paintball player, a business man or someone just trying to be better in life, when we see them at the bottom trying to get up we say "Go on mate, have a go, we are proud of you" when they get there we just want to see them fall back down again.....call it jealousy!!

Markie C we have 10 Clan players booked in for the XSV clinic, most have been TOLD by me they are doing it, no choice, why, because we want to learn, we have more passion that alot of teams and commitment, we are willing to to do this training to be the best we can, maybe not National Champs, or world beaters but to be the best we can in our hearts and minds, so, instead of bitchin and moaning, get off your ar$es and do something about it......

One more thing and it's not a pop...PA

Teams have played 60 games of paintball over 6 months to try and win their PA League titles, yes they are not National champions, but they have acheived something surely????

Give some credit where credit is due huh, even if you don't like someone....xx

See you all soon...

Big Sid

PS....don't have a pop at my thoughts, sometimes I just rant!!!

QUOTE[I happen to truly believe (rightly or wrongly) that Nexus have got the best chance of getting into the top 5 than any Brit team with the talent base we have and our attendant resource package.]

I totally agree, what we need though is more people involved with the industry helping the likes of Nexus in any way shape or form they can to be able to achieve what as a nation we are stuggling to achieve in paintball.

Oh my god just seen this, after long time away, hey You have not seen me right!

Now I could be wrong but the word is the PA sucks which really upsets me because you try so hard MR .Hatts.

You still act like a big kid an ignore me whenever you pass me bye, sorry for being me.

The paintball community in this country is beginning to suck, when you make comments like that MR.Hatts.

Leave the politics behind stop trying to line your pockets with crap and Go with your original idea and bring this country forward, and please don't set Russel on me.

PS Got any spectators yet at the PA 3 years on.

Another thing why was I asked By Russel to join the PA Committy Earlier in the season By Russel and then I heard nothing after my laughter had stopped.

Drop the wind Ups, Im King of that as you know mate concentrate on the business in hand and stop annoying Robbo by being a big kid which you tried accusing me of last time.

Everyone just wants to play ball and enjoy it.

And for god sake don't touch yourself as you know what happened to MIdas......Nobody wants a gold statue of Hatts
