Secondly.... We played Vision at campaign, they played some good games throughout the tournament but totally lost our respect in the game against us. One guy hits the tape on the JT field, gets taken on his hopper and gun , runs down the tape and takes out three of our guys......Now he was called out by the marshall at the time of the hit, at the end of the game the marshall wiped him down and claimed not to have called him out.

Interestingly enough the marshall was ....... that's right, you guessed it ..... FRENCH!, with the amount of comlaints I heard over the weekend about french refs, something has to be done!.

Thats my worthless couple of pence anyway!

So you've never been cheated by an English team, or robbed by an English judge, or seen an English player with a patently dodgy gun?

If you answer 'no' to any of those questions I'd suggest you haven't been playing very long.

All French bashing does - aside from making people look like narrow-minded idiots - is detract from the very real problem at the heart of this thread.

Anyone else want to pick on the French, can I suggest they **** off to PBNation and do it there - I'm sure you'll find a crowd of imbeciles willing to welcome you as The New Messiah.

It's embarassing that players from British teams in the lower divisions come on here and go "The Tontons cheated against us" - or "We lost because of french refs".

Well guess what? - You'd get your arse kicked against ANY Pro team and kicked bad - so you are not getting beaten by cheater modes.... you are getting beaten by your own lack of ability to play the game.

- And losing because refs are from a particular country? - Jeeeez, how low do you have to go, to find an excuse for your own inadequacies?

Please shut up already, and let the grown ups handle the debate.

Although Nick I think you were a bit harsh considering the warriors div 2 team beat hellwood and took you guys to 2 remaining, and there was a dodgy ref call in that game if I remember rightly, but hey it was to your benefit so who cares!.

And with regards to the refs, I was passing on comments I heard from American, German, British and Scandinavians alike.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what are you talking about. We play each other in campaign but not on JT field. We play only once on JT field against Severe VIP. So please before to say so bad things on a team, be sure to not say a mistake.
It's easy to have a bad image and so hard to have a good one. Don't distroy our long work!

i saw vision play against kellys on the tomahawk field and they played straight up as they did in the finals with french refs and english refs on both fields keep up the good work vision

Tu sais tu vaux pas mieux que ces soit disant rosbeef avec ton poste de merde. C'est pas parce que y en a un qui a commence que c'est une excuse pour faire pareil et que ca te donne une "get out of jail free card". En te rabaissant a leur niveau tu ne vas pas faire passer ton message. Je trouve la reponse des Tontons tres bonnes et c'est vrai qu'il y a une montagne d'hypocrisie dans toute cette polemique. Mais en venant ici pour traiter les gens de roastbeefs tu ne vaux pas mieux. Et puis ta signature elle pue du derche.

My apologies, it was the Dye field

Like I said in my original post, you guys played some good paintball and deserved your position, but that game left a bad taste in our mouths, and yes before everyone jumps on me I know ****e happens!.

I don't see how you can't remeber it as there was a bit of a showdown at the end between our captain, the french marshall, the vision player involved and the ultimate.

I raised the point to highlight what I felt (personal opinion) was biased and inconsistent marshalling in that case, an opinion that was expressed by others with regard to different scenarios at many times throughout the weekend. It was not meant as an attack on team Vision so please don't take it that way, if a player is allowed to play on by a marshall then which player wouldn't?, I understand that!.

Seeing as how a few people seem to have gotten out of the wrong side of bed this morning I'm bowing out before I start slagging off everyone and their grandmother and get myself banned.
