The whole idea in having a kit bag is that all your kit is one carriable container. What needs to be done is keep people away from the kit bags that don't need to be by the kit bags.

quick suggestion for gat security at events

Too my knowledge no worthwhile series allows guns without trigger guards???

I'm looking to buy a long approx 2 metre bike lock that the cable (rubber coated so as not to scratch our babies) will fit thro all the teams guns trigger guards, This is then secured around an immovable object such as a car towing eye, table or tubby back player. my suggestion would be for a combination lock that only your team knows the combination to, this way there is no key to be lost.
Any member of the team can remove their gun by opening the lock but anyone else will have to dissasemble the marker to just leave the trigger frame, seems simple and should work- with co-operation from your team members.

Whaddya think?

Will stp opportunist and anyone not geared up or technically minded to dissasemble a gat.

This is not good enough, every Sunday night after a tourney, someone posts that their pride and joy has been "misplaced". Stolen is the word i would use, it's time that tourney organisers provided secure areas or lockers big enough to house a large paintball bag, at each table.
The open table setup is not working, teams need a secure area to house there equipment, which can be in the region of £2000 per person. That's £14,000 on a wooden bench, for anyone to pick up and walk off with.

We need security in car parks, and secure lockups for our gear. I know that tournies are not that profitable, but we as players will gladly pay an extra charge to know that our gear is safe from theiving hands.

Any comments from both tourney operators and players will help, so let's get this sorted quickly, before someone else has their marker nicked.
The reason the word "missing" was used is because the owner (at the time) thought he may of lent it to someone, the owner being the organiser of the event so is definitely looking into security.
