We did catch guns shooting over and the device works very well, it is not effected by background noise and can store a string of one hundred shots in its memory, hell you can even print the memory if you wish.

FACT........ your machines dont work full stop, its an illusion. I got tested and asked to fire as fast as possible , let me see, oh I cant thats as fast as I can go, " Come on you can fire faster than that", "No I cant I'm tired" lol perthetic.

FACT........ Im not playing the PA anymore.

FACT........ Fit a button to the marker, switch one for ramp on and let go of trigger.

FACT........ITs dangerous you are not in control of your shots, when shooting blind or mugging, let go of trigger and it still fires.

FACT........RUSSEL has a financial profit to gain from the PA as a partner

FACT........It is a money making organisation so be open and admit it. Everyone else does, they have nothing to hide.

FACT......... HAtts has no site anymore and nothing to lose.

FACT........ The fields at Rodbaston are ok to play heard a rumour its happening soon.

FACT......... The moto sponsorship consisted of free use of radios for a year where has moto gone now?

FACT.......... I hate lies and people taking risks beyond what people want, and using the love for the sport against them.

There is more but cant be arsed. Not bothered because I aint playing it no more 50.00 per head for someone to open the gates and say welcome ramp and destroy.

AND I PLAYED FOR FREE, FREE PAINT . FREE ENTRY. AND STILL IT CONCERNED ME. I HAVE LISTENED TO BOTH ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THEN DECIDED. ITS NOT READY YET FOR JUNIOR TEAMS.

GOd cant wait for comments off this one, am I naughty, I am so sorry totally against ramping im afraid some teams aint ready for it and it showed.

If it happens and does come in I hope the promises of rules and capping is better handled than it has been at the PA.

I wont even begin to discuss the ramping velocity guns because that will get me into trouble, but thats really scary.

And RUssel dont bother phoning me because I dont want to listen to it anymore. I look forward to competition thats incourages safety and keeps its promises.


STRICTLY SEMI NO CHIPS SKILL ONLY PLEASE. RELEASE THE TRIGGER AND THE BALLS STOP FIRING NOW THATS SAFE CAP THE BALLS 15 BPS AND REDUCE VELOCITY MAYBE. BUT PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT THE CHEATS ARE STILL OUT THERE.

Ramping

Personally i think ramping sucks!!!

When I first started pball I played it because it was fun! and further down the line it has become more serious but it still is a GAME! Is it gonna take a major accident/injury to work out that this is not good for the sport!

We all go on about wanting to promote paintball to the nation to get it recognized and to make it as big as possible but do you think new punters/tourney players will want to play after hearing that you could be battered with 15bps I wouldn't if I was new to the sport!

What happening to the old fast fingers everybody can shoot 15bps there or there abouts anyway! Ramping is just gonna take the fun out of the sport because you can just stand there and keep the whole field in by yourself! not what I play the sport for!

I don't mean to sound as if I'm whining I will happily take anything that is dished to me on a pball field and will happily give it back but it has to be SAFE!!!

Are we at the stage where we now have to take PERSONAL INSURANCE to play a sport we all love if it becomes so dangerous, would like to be the one who loses an eye caused by a ramping goggle smash!! would you??


It also only takes one brain less idiot in the world to get ahold of a ramped gun and think he's having fun in the world out side paintball and to injure someone to have the world to look down at paintball in a bad light bad press/government intervention/police intervention all equals one thing A BANNED SPORT!!!!

Well whats wrong with having ramp then? Surelly if you can already hit EVERYONE can hit 15 bps already whats the problem?

Ramping is just gonna take the fun out of the sport because you can just stand there and keep the whole field in by yourself!

Yes, some people seem to thought this on Sunday and ended up not being as invincible as they thought....no names no names. If only this was true, backmans job made easier. BUT it`s not and it isn`t.

One last question.......do you play or have the facility to play with a ramping marker?

On field 5 your netting didnt completely cover the spectator area, it dropped short by at least 1 meter allowing balls to go into the spectators area at full speed. I was traumatised and feel unable to step near a paintball field again, a paintball rolled off my desk earlier and I dived for cover and started freaking out... [Edit: on a serious note you might wanna fix that]

I think everyone is getting a bit ahead of themselves with this ramping ****, I think it's fine if it can be effectively policed like in the NXL. If there are questions about the validity of the 'robot' then just fix it! If someone was actually injured for any reason, everything would be picked apart so the more investment in safety and less in excuses the better...

Regardless of ramping (can't say i noticed much difference) one noticeable thing is the attitude of the promoters/head ref. Whilst I'm sure you're lovely people and your intentions for UK paintball are all good, it's obvious to me that a year on and you still can't handle criticism. Your attitude stinks.

What's all this business of threatening to sue people? Thought we were all friends here?

I played sunday and felt slightly disappointed. Not because of ramping guns or anything like that, but once again for that old favourite, the sh*t marshaling. Now I don't want Russ to blow a fuse like he did when James Adkin commented, but I think there's still room for improvement. Also it seems strange that you can allow ramp/cheat boards and not me to wear my best bandana from my trousers/round my neck, or my nike sweatbands. No AGG, no thank you

Ramping causing goggles to smash? I highyl doubt it - I take it you've not seen Manikes video of a gat with uncapped ramping, putting 20+bps into a set of goggles from 6 feet at god knows what velocity. Guess what - the goggles survived, intact.

I use the word respect in a context of disrespect.

And I agree about not discussing ramping velocity - nobody has ever done that in the past have they. Bolts with two inlet holes drilled in them, thumbing the rod on a cocker, giving a max-flo a twist, the ancient days of double bottom lines and two CO2 bottles, squeegies with allen keys in them, etc etc etc.
Or indeed the whole having a switch to change modes - been around since the Shocker 4x4 came out, and people discovered that you could put a magnetic reed switch into the board, and have a magnet in your glove - when chrono judge held your gun it was semi, when you held it it was FA or turbo.

And so the RoF checker at the chrono station is suceptable to the whole "really, that's as fast as I can shoot", but when the on field timers arrive, ad people are checked in game, what good does it do people? They will get caught and eliminated.

But the thing is that the general public percieve a paintball marker as being a GUN, and therefore in line with the anti gun culture currently being very vocal then Yes paintball will get banned until someone decides to relax the ruling

Yes the ramping checking wasn't done spot on THIS ROUND, rome weren't built in a frikken day!

Hatts is trying something new for the good of UK paintball, personally I think thats a good thing!

And once again if ramping wasn't legal I would %100 go buy an illegal chip cos there's no way anyone can proove I 'a' have it or 'b' was using it.
