Sid, I think cos we know you've been around a long time and your opinions aren't based on idiocy that pgi staffers have been fairly balanced in responding to you.

Again look at the figures I put up. Look at TJ's comments. The tourny scene in the uk probably numbers what?... help me out... what 500 players? Sid, as a proportion of our audience it is not even into a whole percent. Going by these figure we should be giving Cleo's big game in the US more coverage than the whole of the Brit tourny scene.

TJ made two great points - 1) pics. we need em. 2) post the tournies up on the site - that way we can count the unique visitors to see who reads them - if it's more than a couple of 100 I'd be surprised.

You got to also think that Robbo gets this everyday, every tourny - mate, you can't blame any of us for losing it when we have to keep saying the same thing over and over again for the last four years.

Here's another one - you guys commenting all play in teams. How many of your team members buy a copy or subscribe to the mag? Or do you just share the one copy?

I reckon tournament players in the UK, maybe 700 - 800, dunno to be honest. I appreciate you guys get this all the time, sorry..was going to say but, but I'm not going to, I can see your point, I think the way forward in this ever lasting issue is P8ntballer tournament pages, excellent idea, as you say technology is getting better, won't be long till we don't need to go to tournaments, just download them.

There is no offence meant by any of my posts and hope there are none taken, TJ, go back to Tonto, give Dorothy my love.

Not backing down, just think we might have found a solution with the p8ntballer hosting tournament reviews, it's a step foward at least rather than making stands....

Oh and 8 of my 10 man team buy PGI, the other 2 well, have just started....and are poor, you know how it is.

It's not true that all Scottish paintballers pick up paint at tournaments and sit around camp fires reading one copy of PGI, honest ;) we are really not that tight, to prove it, tap me on the shoulder at Mayhem and I'll pay for Big Bertha to sort you out.

So outta this thread - which has involved PGI's publisher, Editor, Ad Manager and their resident superstar (what can I say...) - which started just a few hours ago, we already have a new tourney section for events from across the globe going up on this very site ...can you buy that sorta customer service anywhere else in the world?

(And No Buddha, that don't include the red light district of your fair hometown...)

Time for a virtual pint of Olde Brewers Foreskin - or whatever that warm **** you Brits drink is. Babycham for you as usual robo then?
