Is that because of what you wrote in your gossip article, that X-ballers will have to play exclusively X-ball?
If it ends up that way, is there any reasonable explanation for such a contract clause other than mean-spiritedness? Maybe there is an explanation. I'd like to hear it.

As I said, still waiting on confirmation but heard that PSP restated their position that anyone signing up for NXL was contractually forbidden to play elsewhere.
Soon as we know definite one way or another it'll be on here...

NXL = Franchise Pro teams only.
The other two (potentially) X-Ball Leagues are non-franchise and non-contract.

Maybe the SHOuLDN'T be playing anything else?
Seems kinda like McGuire showing up to romp the minor leagues or your local park district softball league - although the injury rates are lower for paintball.
At some point players are going to have to accept that if they want to be considerred professional athletes they just might have to be treated like professional athletes.

Maybe, but while teams are paying to take part in their hobby and wanna play as often as possible, shouldn't the be allowed to play where they want?
And If I was Dave Youngblood, as well as having my SC Ironmen in X I'd want tha best 7 as my Dye Factory Team in Super-7s...but maybe I'm greedy.
But, no-one HAS to play X-Ball, they can go elsewhere if they choose. But fact of tha matter is that every single Pro we've spoken to - and that's quite a lot of em - would like to play both.
