Are you sure it stops right away? Every time?
Because when you are shooting 3bps it remains in ramp mode for 1/3 of a second, otherwise 3bps wouldnt sustain ramp mode.
Unless it can predict that you are about to stop pulling the trigger and cancel the shots, which is impossible.
It may seem like it stops straight away, it is the difference between 0.1 and 0.2 seconds (or in the case of your 3bps kick in, 0.33 seconds). But the limit is 0.1s which equates to a kick in of 10bps.
It wont happen every time either, depending on at what part of the cycle you are in.
But I assure you, it would fail if the shot storing rules are applied as they are written.
I will be playing the MS using a ramping gun, and the ramping will kick in at 10bps.
My gun will NOT store shots longer than 0.1 seconds (as after 0.1 seconds 10bps ramping is not sustained and any shots cancelled).
I believe that PA legal 5bps kick in would fail on this rule, as it is written.
