this is the bit i am worrying about steve!

cos when it was announced that the 15bps cap was going to be introduced i was like yipppeee!! finally an equal playing field, but now that the MS is basically stating that they have no specific tests for ramping guns, and everyone and their dog has ramping now. But then we get the feeling that a marshall is going to have the power to take your gun and test for ramping by ear (even if its capped at 15bps) and then have the power to instill the penalties for a gun they deem to have shot 2bps more than pulled!

i am not having a go at you Steve i just hate the thoughts of all us players having to go running very quickly to our sponsors booths to get last minute code changes to be either legal, or equal to all others. Germany is always a great event (one of my favourites) but this ramping issue has the potential to effect this excellent tournaments kharma

perhaps a self destructing pm to all team captains detailing exactly what we can and cannot do would be good

I do understand your frustration, m8.

I promise you, I would never pull a player and say, "You're shooting at 17bps! I can hear it!" But I might if it shoots in the mid-20s. I definitely hear the difference and soon you will be able to also...but...not to worry...

THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION but I expect ROF and FPS to be measured by instruments in a fair and consistent way.

Concerning ramping ROF, I think the recent statement says or doesn't say it all.
