correct. Or more. We have had the opportunity to have the software for debounce, ramping etc but we don't use it. We currently have shot buffering software, but I generally have this set very low*. I have resisted these temptations as I am a purist and feel that if you can't play without assistance then you are cheating. Whatever you want to believe about mags, all guns have the ability to assist your firing speed, and they all have the ability to be true semi. I have always chosen the true semi option, but I can showboat and set it on "help me mode" but this is for showing off the mag capabilities rather than seriously thinking I could get away with it in game. I have achieved 23bps on "help me mode" (when we tested the debounce software) and about 17 on true semi. I can show you anytime you wish, and with any gun thats capable of doing this.Originally posted by stongle
Bad Bolter! When I told fibs as a youngster (pre Childline days), my mummy would wash my mouth out with soap and water.
15 BPS on a "legal" Mag?
If I had to choose between fast gun not acurate, or slow gun very accurate, then I would choose accuracy, but seeing as the Xmag allows me to have both with no ball chops, then Im a happy monkey.
*shot buffering is where you are firing at fast speeds, and sometimes a ball is dropping but hasnt reached the eye, but you may pull the trigger in between the last ball leaving, and the next ball getting to the eye and normally the gun would disregard this trigger pull. The mag can save this for a very short amount of time and if the ball was to fall on the eye within this predetermined amount of time, the gun would fire it. You cannot get more than one ball out per pull, but it does give you a truer reading of your capable bps.
