New 15bps ramping rule

As being someone who has used the 15bps FA rule i can say this :IT HAS SLOWED THE MARKERS DOWN AND MADE A EVEN PLAYING FIELD. It basically has evened the field between teams on the amount paint that can be put in the air now and after 3 events using it i like it alot

By the way peeps...how exactly does this work..is it a case of : Your gun can ramp and or bounce itself silly, upto a cap of 15 BPS and thats it, no one is allowed to shoot any faster.
Or..is it, yes, you can ramp to 15..or for those with sufficently rapid fingers, you can shoot as fast as you like, aslong as the gun isnt bouncing or ramping.
Meaning...will this penalise those who can actually shoot faster than 15 BPS, unaided??

Ill take your word on the second point but as for your first point, i totaly agree with you.
It was only a matter of time before someone done this anyway.
it would have to how can you tell if someone is shooting 15bps aided? if that was allowed then boards could come out fitting the new rules capping on 15 but on activation of the code allow ramping to 20, but yes it would penalise people who can unaidedly shoot 15 but can you really and if you think you can do you really think you are constantly shooting 15 or do you think you might just hit 16 once but for majority of a game be shooting like 12
I wasnt actually reffering to me...but I know I can shoot 15 fairly consistently, and faster, but only faster peaks...on a good day...mostly I guess between 13 and 16 max
but this is a fundamental part of the idea, Boogie could prbably back me up here.....when everyone on field is shooting at 15bps, if any gun/guns ramp higher bps they sound is so distinctive that the player will be noticed immediately, and appropraite action taken!
i personally like the 15bps max, do what you want with modes etc although it will make a super fast hopper redundant!
Before we get to deep into this, I am sure that someone has checked out the legallity of this with the Home Office, but by doing so, would this make the HO sit up and take an interest in what we are doing and use it as part of the usual UK anti-gun culture to turn round and beat us with the stick they have so long searched for?
Just playign devils advocate to this debate, but this is like formula 1 giving in to all the traction/launch control stuff they banned because they could not catch it. But if we say to the HO we can't obey the law with our markers, what will they do?
