i can't recall where i read it but i thought i've read something about a 6 months Timeframe to get the NXL on TV .

It was Legacy that was "let in" to make 9, Strange just took over the existing Crossman/Detroit franchise as a squad.

TJ, has momma's crystal ball (not the meth) actually confirmed exactly whats happened, who owns the franchise and whether it was the whole of the "old" Effect thats left or just the majority of players ala Ironmen.
