If Smarts Parts has bought it then I think NastyX might do a legacy...

That said, you can't force a team out but you can force players out but this isn't the case here.
The players wanted to play NPPL and if the powers that be in the PSP wanted to push the issue, then the players were just gonna say, 'see ya later'...it seems as though as this is what has happened.
As for Sergey, he has made it no secret that he has wanted to join ranks with the NXL and has had ongoing talks over the last year and a few things must fall into place before that option is taken up, firstly, he has to be convinced of the commercial viability of XBall before coming up with the considerable amount being asked.
In my opinion, he hasn't yet been convinced but this is purely my opinion.
Secondly, there has to be an offer on the table from the NXL, which is possible if the Miami thing is all true.
Thirdly, the RL have signed up with the EXL, any contractual problems would have to be navigated if they are going to play NXL, it may well be he can do both, I don't know.
I doubt this is gonna be a hurdle really if there is any problem, as all the powers that be in this situation are in control of the contracts anyway.
I tell ya one thing though, if, and it's huge if, they do bugger off Stateside and can't play EXL, it would be the most grievous loss for European Paintball and would do significant, if not irreparable harm to our cause.

If the Legion did leave not only would it be bad for the European Paintball scene commercially, but bad for its teams already playing in the EXL. I mean how many teams would push themselves to be the best and pass the competitive stature that the Legion have set in europe for the next year, and maybe even beyond that!
Still it would be a shame to say the least . Unless they could play both?

I think it's all about the money. Maybe Dynasty gets and extra deal so they can play NPPL both?
Legion just went from JT/WDP to Empire/NPS so why should they change to Smartparts. (There are rumors about a Russian Legion Intimidator as well).

Dynasty have just turned down the NXL option and the Legion are bringing out two new versions of the Initimidator......Next !

Who knows maybe Dynasty being the forefront for their shocker may get abit of favouratism and get the permission to play both. But whats that going to do to the rest of the NXL teams, who may just get a little to pi$$ed off to say the least!

True but there was also rumours of a Dynasty A4 with Greenspan giving a detailed description of it in PGI. We all know where that went!
