Is Xball ever coming to the uk?

Is there any way possible that nppl/psp or NXL will be shown on uk tv?
I know sky has Sports nation, but someone should contact Sky about Tournament paintball and they maybe interested. Also as it would be shown on tv then more people would get into the sport.

It could of course be argued that 'XBall should live on' but I'm afraid it only lives if leagues adopt it and if the major leagues do not adopt it, then it will wither away into indifference.

Something like depending on how their shows turn out. The Smart League event was Xball in that it was played on a similar field with timed halves and multiple points. And really the center X isn't a huge deal (well, it is rather large but that's not what I mean.) It was Xball albeit on a poor field layout. In the long run the removal of the center X could open up a whole new sort of field design--as would taking the job away from Ratko (not that I'm advocating that you understand.)

It would be pretty cool to see a completly different field design for each event, it would provide more variation, and it would be interesting to see how each team adapted to the field layout.

Those who've either played it or seen it, I'd say totally yes.

The problem is, at least in europe... How many people have actually done either?

...as of yet, Paintball hasn't evolved into a socialist enterprise and the direction it follows is not really influenced by its player base.
It might seem unfair to us players (and customers) but the people who run our sport (or more relevantly, the leagues) will run as it as a business, and rightly so, and as such will determine the direction we take as they see fit .....
We can vote as much as we like...and it can even be 100% to zero but I'm afraid it ain't gonna make a blind bit of difference..not at this stage anyway.
