Can I say who would have won?
Well, disregarding Marcus and Nicky, if we had Tommy and Jamie back in, I know where my monies going :)

Actually the 21-21 apiece score meant that we both went through to the sunday club.....at the expense of the Ton Tons who genuinely thought that Shockwave and Nexus had fixed the game:rolleyes:

Your fields marshalling when we played the Russian Legion on it was spot on, as was the judging accross the event as a whole. I thought that the judges were superb all event...under some tough competition.

Shamu, whatr was the bitching about after the Kapp factory Evil Factory game before our game vs the Legion?

Shamu-respect for a job well done.:)

There was some discussion about whether the guy in the snake (Kapp) played on after being hit or not. The snake guy had backed down the snake and was moving his gun up when he got bunkered. It was a reaction shot (gun already in the direction he shot) to a hopper hit, so the Evil player who bunkered him was called clean and the snake player was eliminated. The Evil player got stitched by one of Kapp's back guy right afterwards :D

There's a nice sequence of the whole thing on paintball.com at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for the kind words. Nice to hear our hard work is appreciated.

Marcus is agg.

I know this is going to be an unpopular view but I think Marcus is a pimp. He is the master of slight of hand and illusion. His skills in the black arts are widely known. Even though he is known for being a bender of rules and the refs watch him ever so closely, he continues to get away with it and develope new techniques to extend his time on the field. I would rather have someone cheat me and then tell me about it afterward than to cheat me and lie about it. In my experience the people who complain the most about cheeters are usually people who have a guilty conscience themselves. ;) Can any of you guys honestly say that you have never played on or slid in on the side where you felt a ball hit you. Even if you haven't seen that the ball marked you before you slide in on it its still in that gray area.
I look forward to the barrage of hate that will most assuredly come my way. But I think most of you should think twice before you start to cast stones. Just calling it the way I see it.:D
Peace, love and paintball,
Fabio

Fair minded people?

So out of all that I wrote in my post this one sentence is all that you take offence to? Not bad. But please answer the question Mr. Robinson. Can you honestly cast stones? The world is waiting.
And Baca, no I don't model my game after him. If you need proof just ask Matt. I just prefer Marcus' approach to playing on, hiding hits etc. than the more common hollier than though tactic used by the majority of todays players. I'm not necesarily condoning his 9 lives attitude to paintball but I accept that there ore tons of players who do it. And I prefer to be told about it afterward so I know that my teams sweetspotting is not the problem or the paint is bouncing etc. Just my opinion. I know it may not be a popular one but I can live with that.

If given only two choices, both of which involve creative playing, I too will opt for your choice as there is something at least marginally refreshing about the lack of hypocrisy. Being old-fashioned however I'm inclined to add a third option: rope the shizizzle out of the sumbitch every chance I get so maybe, just maybe that smile on his face isn't quite so big next time. ;)

What PB needs is a little more hate.
