He was hit in the goggs before he shot warren. I was not trying to assign severity to one over the other.Markus was wrong to revel in it if that was what he did. Markus was wrong to play on in the manner in that he did, but so was nicky T. Both players should have been subjected to 1-4-1's, and Tommy and Jamie probably shouldnt have been pulled for paint off the bunker if that was what they were pulled for. The outcome of the game would have been wholly different if the judges had done their job properly.

The shot on the goggles was done after Nicky stopped firing by Warren who was then pulled, but that was a split second call on Warren's part and I am in no way criticising Warren as it was a heartbeat away from being tagged himself as he attempted to switch sides of the bunker.
Sam, I was right by where it happened, you believe what you want mate, but we know what went down in that game..Nuff said by me !!!!

Tommy and Jamie as you say, were pulled for smudge marks from the sides of bunkers, the colour of paint not even the same as you guys were shooting, the judges went up to them both and aplogised to them afterwards but it was too late, had they stayed in, who knows, it was hard fought game that could get any way but losing two of our top guns for nothing sure did hurt us at that stage of the game.
Peace !!

Was great to finally play you guys, even if it was the judges who had the biggest effect on the game.

Next season is looking good:)

Well next time we'll see if we can serve you up a Nexus game instead of a judging one.
I think from what I saw, you guys (with the exception of MN) seem to have the genesis of a really good side and at last the top end of UK paintball can begin to start looking as though we can hold our heads up a bit higher.
The trick is to try and keep all the cr@p outa our heads and just concentrate on all getting better.
Things are definitely looking better :)
Peace and Respect (except for MN :) )

:) I think that the future is definately looking brighter. Playing in the States was a huge eye opene, the standard was way higher than in the Millennium Series, and definately the place to be playing.

Hopefully we will have 2 teams doing well in the States next year.:)

Lead boots,

tooth pick calfs and chicken knees - Warrens legs are something that the public should be shielded from at all costs!!!

We can hear the states calling though and will be crossing the pond next year :D

Over the course of 150 games, I can honestly say we blew one game - and it was this one. Bad calls were made on both ends of the field and affected the way the game turned out. I'm just glad it didn't affect either team making it to Sunday.

Would the outcome have been different if we'd made the calls correctly? Yes.

Can I say who would have won? Nope. In this case, hindsight is not 20-20.

I hope to see both teams in the US next year. Shockwave really impressed me with their play and I look forward to seeing them again. If you play on my field next time, I promise you won't see a repeat of this.
