as far as i know the russian legion got dropped out of the semis and were placed 9 in the pro div. or so my sources tell me
Jerseys- I was there when Laurent told the X guys about it, and only a British guy said it was impossible for us (Europeans) to sell 70 Jerseys.( The Team will play with 30 and sell the rest.)
I know it will be impossible for the Portuguese Team to sell them, and surely for the outer countries too, but didn’t heard the crowd making a point of it, so…
Anyway, the first 4 are going to the states (?) for free (?). That its cool.
Joy Division Team Captain said at the podium that “the Marshals sucked and F*ck the Teams that doesn’t give a sh*t when Marshalling and then are the first to criticize when playing”.
Im not that extreme, but after 6 MS i can say that the French Marshals really Suck. They are technically poor, to slow to react (yes, the brain too), and have no respect for the players.
You can shout or ask politely, for sure they will not move one foot. will error and not even apologize. And be afraid, very afraid if your playing against a French Team cos you’ll have a Marshall giving away all your movements.
I have nothing against anyone, I only expect guys like the Tonton to have in consideration that we the Novices and Amateurs are the ones that aloud them to play for free.
And finally a question:
Next year there aint gonna be MS in Portugal. The MS its going to be in Madrid, Spain.
Under the wing of Estratego Spain, but without the experience and knowledge of Estratego Portugal.
Is this better for the MS ?
PB its growing beautifully in Spain, and geographically its easier to play in Spain then in Portugal, but I wonder about risking the quality of the event in a time that it should be working to regain the top position that had not so long ago.
