There is an easy way round this: Shoot til they drop. Once someone hits the floor, shooting him/her is unsportsmanlike, but if they can still stand/kneel they're fair game until their arm is in the air.

Agree with the Rt Honorable Mr Loco, what happens when you have 8 balls in a string heading out to a bunker and the bloke behind pops his head out for a peek - plenty of hits on him, but overshoot??

I think we all know genuine cases of overshoot when we see them. For the most part they are fairly rare. If the head ref has the option to red card or similar for brutal infractions I think that is the best we can hope for.

To pick a number and say after that it's overshooting is wrong.
The PSP allow 5 shots for each live player on the field (ouch)
I am very happy to let a ref decide when it is overshooting not the number of paintballs that broke.

I can just see it - people that have been complaining about being capped at a "mere" 15bps then whining that they are a victim of overshooting when they are hammered by a newby with his marker ramping away at the same 15bps

I am in favour of a higher cap than 15. But I have never really thought ive been over shot.

Sometimes I have thought that I have been playing too slow and got shot a few times.

Sometimes I have thought that next time Im gonna leave the field a bit quicker.

But never that the opposing team has over shot me.
If i get shot its my fault....
I dont wanna file a complaint with the human rights organisation...

well iv just dug out an old 1.4.3 timmy bored stuck it in turbo and away i go 2 shoot rec ballers on sunday, c what balling is like in the eyes of a cheater , (might as well get used 2 it now)

i had a was 2.7 thought i could drop the d bounce n be happy, but iv never liked bouncing guns so i put the 143 in so it dont bounce (as much) but goes nuts when u walk it abit oh it only does 14 bps, but i dont need 2 tell u that caus u know all things timmy

WAS boards on DB1 have, in my opinion, been responsible for the largest amount of cheating with guns in paintball.

And yes all of them can be put on DB1 even if they did try to hide it and pretend you couldn't.
