'Skuse me? Envious of what? I'm not going to let you change the topic here simply becasue you're trying to slam ME. Seems to me that, frankly, your'e defending hte NPPL to the death simply becasue "Tyger is attacking it." Which I'm not.
Look, you can NOT convince me this was a solo act. Period. I know who can, and they won't.

No, it's more like a deaf person commenting on a symphony performance.
In less technical terms, it's like an instrument being either in or out of tune. It's not wrong by measure but right by difference of opinion. It's either in tune or it's wrong and it's annoying to continue to hear it.
Beehthoven was deaf near the end of his career. He composed while deaf too. Deaf people can enjoy music as well, becasue they can feel the vibrations of music being played. No, I'm not picking and choosing, I'm simply stating that the deaf CAN comment on symphonic music.
I'll also ignore the insult, and simply state that I can also say that many people here are blinded by their devition to the tournament play and will believe ANYTHING they're told as long as it makes everyting "ok" again.

1) what do you regard as the absolute"facts" ?? - Other than "He did it" just about everything else has been reported differently somewhere along the line.
2) You keep saying this would be difficult to pull off as a solo stunt. What is so difficult about leaving your team and doing something you want to. Nothing he did was difficult in the slightest, just not what is considered "normal" behaviour.
It's Salm's motive that needs explaining, then the rest falls into place.
Like I said - ask questions, we all have either on or off these boards, but just quit with the holier than thou bit that you know everything and no one will change your views.
Well, I do.
1: In you look at the 'reports', there are three main sources I've been using. Warpig, p8ntballer and paintball.com. Of those three, p8ntballer.com is not biased, paintball.com is owned by Greg Hasitings who plays on GZ, and Warpig tries to make everyone happy. There's an old addage that ther's three sides to every story. "Yours", "Mine" and "The truth." If you read everything, there are many points to which they all agree that goes beyond "Salm did it."
2: So you're saying that a teammate, your team captain, says he's too sick to play (or just benches himself), and doesn't show up to coach, watch, or otherwise be there for the team, you wouldn't be suspicious? I maintain that his team not only knew, but helped him pull it off. I've already said this.
Now as for his motive. Well, if he releases a tear-jerking reply appologising to his team I won'tbuy it. Best I can hope for is to go back to his family, friends, hotel employees, and so on. I can't afford to do that, or hire a guy to do that. So I'm stuck to gleaning a motive based on reactions and public faces. Hard to do.
As far as asking questions, I tried, and got stonewalled. It's gonna be shuffled under teh rug, once again, and the same old problems will keep going on. And in the end, Salm's motive won' tmatter becasue we'll still be playing paintball to an audience of ourselves.
You want big time? Get used to this.
