this happens with a lot of i framed impulses.

but the triger isnt actually bouncing it is just the kick getting the trigger to bounce of your fingers to make it fire quick but with my imp it is faster to double tap the trigger than to get the kick to make it bounce of your fingers so i dont see the point of testing if you can fire faster normally.

manipulating the trigger

now there is a big difference in the rate of fire, but that is simply because they are in different modes.

in the first video, the nutter guy is getting 2 shots for every pull. and that is obvious.

ok, so thats illegal

the second video, he is still only getting one shot for every pull of the trigger. it might be that he is using very little force as it is so close to the activation point, but, this is not illegal, he is within the rules, and this is what i seem to think the guys complaining on here are on about.

now let the flaming commence

As i have not got a copy of the Millenium rules, is there anyone who can dig up the rules stating the test for trigger bounce, I sat on my bed today pissing around with my gun, and i could get no more than 2-3 shot bursts by holding my finger at activation point.

Now, are you going to tell me that double tapping, with which i can get upto 16bps+ on my blade is less dangerous than someone faffing about trying to get there gun to bounce, and eventually getting off a stream of 3-4 balls! Its complete Bollox!!!!!!

Sort it out, and now before any more unlawful sanctions are imposed on otherwise rule abiding teams...

reading all this about trigger bounce im starting to slightly worry......my new cocker is set up for pure speed, it isnt possible to get a cocker to fire faster without using a ram bolt inplace of the hammer

is every marshall in the land gonna try getting it to bounce?

once i have set it up propperly it wont bounce easily but thats not the point

rayko. it all depends on the trigger setup. if it is a mouse click like an eblade, timmy, viking then fair enough, it would be possible to bounce, but most electro blowbacks have triggers which cannot be adjusted to the point where it will activate after a very short movement

I would call it being professional and dedicated to doing a good job personally.....

So away he fires holding the gun perfectly still, and pulling the trigger at the slowest pace possible after about Ten, yes TEN attempts manages to make the gun bounce. Ten attempts of really trying, and i mean REALLY trying, i.e pulling the trigger as slowly as possible (Lets be honest, am i gonna sit there and try and pull the trigger really slowly to maybe get a stream of three paintballs by pulling the trigger once).
It was bouncing though wasnt it! regardless whether it took the judge (me) 1 or 50 go's at it, i got it to bounce and so did the other judges on the field. What is pathetic is you coming on here and trying to blame 'over zealous' judges for your gun bouncing. The rules are clear, your gun was bouncing and you got caught. now why come on here and make yourself look silly, i was not gonna say 'hey guys, look, i got this guys gun to bounce, he is a cheat, wanna know his name?'. So why do you try to blame the judge for your shortcomings? I shoot a cocker to, and have it set up so that it will not under any circumstances bounce. The ultimate made the decision as to what the penalty should be, so why blame the judges.....? why not blame him? cos you know he was right thats why. The bottom line is that the gun was bouncing, and thats final.

Jeez:rolleyes:
