If a woman calls? I hate to say this, but this is in Vegas. INSIDE Vegas prostitution is illegal, but on the outskirts, it's legal. The whole shooting a naked woman thing is a precursor to sex. Look at the web site, they euphomistically call it "Stuffing your kill (not for virgins, you figure it out)".
As for the sickest thing, no, there's been sicker. MY favorite as the guy who wanted to organise a rogue paintball game that took place anywhere in the USA. Teh scheme was that anywhere, any time, someone could drive up to you and try to shoot oyu wiht a paintball gun. In yuor college class, on your way to work, anywhere you were fair game to get shot. And he wanted like $500 per person for it.
One other thing here. I think this guy wants the attention. I've seen this on at least 5 forums now. WE're outraged, yes, but "There's no such thing as bad publicity." Now you might be able to convinve a DA's office that it's reckless endangerment of employee health, but until someone out there can do it we're giving the guy free hype.
Yes, it's stupid. Yes, it should be stopped. But you know the guy who does it is laughing about the free ads he's getting on all the paintball boards. Even if we flame him, we're spreading his URL.
