Now while this is pretty revolting,what makes you think these people dont have the right to do this???Their all adults,the owner obviously stated in the video there are safety risks and probably makes the women sign a waiver informing them of the dangers and if hurt in the process waives all responsibility of the company and they get paid from what I heard,pretty good money to do it...


And if the girls were wearing masks,we'd probably all be having a good laugh right now!!


Paintball will not get banned here in the US for something like this..Maybe by you guys,but not here..

But they aren't wearing any masks !! and you really think in the land of "I'll sue you for looking at me funny", that this wouldn't have an adverse effect if one of the girls was to lose an eye? waiver signed or not and think what would happen when the connected publicity bandwagon got rolling, who would be in the firing line then......you and me.

Heh, c'mon headrock you know the legal system in the U.S. if one of them girls get their eyes blown out that Waiver ain't gonna mean jackchit.

You make a good point about "if" they were wearing googles. The point is they're not "allowed", and that's what gets me. Of course once Nat.Org. for Women gets ahold of this it's just going to give paintball another black mark.

Mark,dont get me wrong..I find this very disturbing...But the fact is,people are losing eyes or serious eye injuries from paintballs(not tourny) all over the world and we've been pretty safe from banning so far..Chalk it up to morons who disregard all the safety measures that are planted on paintball boxes,marker boxes,and plenty of other places..No jury in the world would hang paintball out to dry when safety is so blatently disregarded in these cases..These people are grown ups making thier own decisions..Their morons..Thats it..Nothing we can do about it..

I know we live in a sue everybody to get rich nation..But read what Tyger said..I also believe theres a 99% that they will get sued by one of these women and lose everything..But will it throw paintball into a bad enough light where we get banned...Nope..
