I've emailed Vanguard to let them know what Mick from the Vanguard Factory Team has been up to.

Sorry, but this is one guy you aren't going to piss on.

I hope you have said he plays for Demo Squad- Vanguard have a few teams playing under them and last time i checked Sabotage was Vanguard Factory team but i maybe wrong. Im sure ur marker will turn up. Didnt think Mick was the type of guy to do this

Yep - Kristey @ Vanguard called me just now. She just spoke to Mick and Mick told her he has sent me a message on p8ntballer with the DHL tracking details and he has been on the field hence not being contactable.

But nothing in my inbox.

She has given me his mobile, but he will resend all the info when he is back at a pc in an hour. We'll see.

I called him, got the DHL tracking number - but it doesnt exist on the system.
He said it should be delivered tomorrow, which makes me believe he has either sent it today or is GOING to send it today and it hasnt been scanned onto their system.

Edit: Yep, he posted it today as the battery went in his van and he couldnt post it.

Think it will only be sorted once it arrives and I take it to the site on Saturday to try it out.
As I said, i've lost faith in him and hell, if a cook could spit in your food if you send it back, imagine what someone could do to a marker if they are pissed off with you!

right everyone has done the thing where you check facebook on the move and don't reply to non important messages but when it concerns people's money then some priorities need to be upheld. on field or not if he has the time to check his messages then he can take the time to reply explaining why someone hasn't received a product they have paid for. if he told you it would be here yesterday and his van breaks down then he should have been the one contacting you to tell you that you wouldn't get the gun when it was expected.

rant over

My exact thoughts. I am not unreasonable - a simple message saying "Sorry m8 - problems posting it today - will try to get it posted tomorrow or the day after - will let you know" - then this would never have happened.

Personally, I think he got a call off of Kristey@Vanguard - realised he was in hot water - told Kristey he'd sent it and that he'd given me the tracking details on P8ntballer (which was a lie) - called his wife and asked her to bag it up - will dash home hoping to send it out today for delivery tomorrow... but i bet it doesnt come as he has missed the late post.

I texted him saying if he hasn't actually sent it yet, to refund me instead as I have lost faith in him.

If he has posted it, I doubt it has all the things he said would be in it ie extra solenoid, o-rings etc
Probably bashed it about a bit too. Who knows?

See how I am thinking? Negatively because of this experience :/
