i don't see any reason why the product won't arrived as it was described since the problem lies with the reliability of the seller so don't be too quick to judge. hopefully you are happy with the gat when it eventually reaches you.

yeah mick is a very hard guy to reach cant say anything about why he didnt contact you but i have never had a problem with him or any of the bits he has got me for my vanguard as i bought mine from ukscenario and had a large amount of problems! it may be abit slow on receiving but that price is good and i am sure the gun and parts when received will be fully working just be careful when setting it up with the bottle or you will blow the solenoid straight away! really do hope this gets sorted as i am also part of demo squad and dont want it effecting the teams reputation i hope you can understand that and dont blame all of the team for it! oh and good luck!

well sort of lol and oh the tracking number can take a few hours to get registered on the system i have had that before loads of times drives you insane i must say!

Tracking number has gone live on DHL site.

Still no messages from him or an apology, and he deleted my threads on the teams forums only leaving one saying:

"Mick,

I need you to get in contact with me before the end of today, I am starting to assume you have ripped me off."


And he deleted all other posts after that and just added

"tracking details sent"

Would have been nicer for him to address the problem, apologise then move on. This just reaks of him covering tracks to make out there was no issue and he sent everything without a hassle.

Would liked to have received an apology.

Robbo - he has sent it now - will do the next update when it comes, then once I test it out on Saturday. If all is fine, I will close this off and let it be lesson learnt.

Unless you really want his details (at this stage) are you OK to let it rest for the moment?

Never had any problems with mick. May just be a glitch or misunderstanding. Ordered 30 cases of paint from him, wasnt happy with the quality of the paint, and without quibble, he replaced it with a higher grade at no extra cost. Likewise with subsequent orders has always brought down to Super5ives to save a few pennies on delivery charges.

God it sounds like I am hell bent on ruining this guy, but I am not. I am just a very pissed off and stressed out buyer.

Gets better.

Called DHL as there have been no more entries on the system since 17:26 last night.

They said that was unusual as if it had been picked up, there would have been more scans. So it looks like a job was raised to collect it but either he organised it too late or something has happened. Their only suggestion was that the tracking ref was raised when he organised a pickup - but it was too late in the day and it hasn't actually been collected.

They told me to call the sender and ask if a driver has picked it up. If they have, they will open an investigation and contact the driver to find out what has happened.

Tried calling Mick, no answer.Texted him, again no answer.

Edit: I've called back DHL and told them the sender confirmed it was sent yesterday (his text from yesterday @14:40 says "It was sent today" - past tense. So they have opened an investigation, will call the driver and depot to search it. If he has told more porkies, then he is going to have a very peed off courier company. Either way, looking unlikely that i'll get it today as promised by Mick yesterday.

At the very least, he has been rude and evasive; it may not be in his nature to scam someone but I can only judge a man by his actions.
I got no problem in hanging on and hope that he does the right thing in sending and of course it working ..... let's just wait and see.
Mind you, it would also be appropriate I think to apologise for the delay and 'misunderstandings' .....
Let's hope he elects to do the right thing here.
