Thanks Lettuce - but it isn't your issue to resolve, but I appreciate the sentiment. I am just sad it has come to this. A guy who has been out of the paintball scene for 5 years gets shafted on his first purchase. Kinda a kick in the teeth.

i fully sympathise with the stress of not seeing where your hard earned cash has gone but do bear in mind that sometimes things go out of the sellers control as has happened to me when i was hospitalised for an extended period of time and i've also seen this happen to one other user within the last year. i am suspicious of the fact that he has read your message and not replied so my advice would be to contact the police as you have already taken every reasonable step to contact him directly. Hopefully this is an honest mistake but the police will not be concerned with that as you have done the right thing in contacting them. let them deal with it and take it from there.

Iiam, if he hadn't been online at all then i'd be worried, but at least there might be a reasonable explanation behind it. The fact he HAS been online, read the message and yet still chose to ignore me is showing me that he is up to no good.

To be honest, I want a refund now. I don't trust he'd send me the marker and it won't be faulty. I don't trust him at all and lost faith in the deal.

Oh, and he has just logged onto his forums at 12:58pm today. Not read the PM though.

I have met Mick a few times at super5ives/ DS training days, hes a good helpful guy, and he des not seem the type to rip someone off.
Hes quite well known as well i think, and he usually supplies our team alot of paint so im sure theres a very reasonable explanation behind this.

I've emailed Vanguard to let them know what Mick from the Vanguard Factory Team has been up to.

Sorry, but this is one guy you aren't going to piss on.
quite right bud i would also be worried if there is clear evidence he has been active and has still not chosen to deal with you. i hope this is all resolved but like i said you've made every effort of contacting him, vanguard and his team mates so i would proceed to the police if he hasn't responded in the next 24 hours

EDIT: did you pay for this via paypal? if you paid this as a purchase of goods then open a paypal dispute and this can at least get the ball rolling on getting your money back as they will also try to put you in touch with the seller.

Hi Liam

Nope - he insisted on bank transfer only. I usually would never do this, but he was in a team, known to Vanguard (Kristey mentioned him), high post count on here, 19 positive feedback on here - so all stacked up to be a legit seller.
What I didnt see, is that the feedback was from 2009.

*sigh*

I am supprised that he's not been in touch yet more to the point I'm confused to why he hasn't. He is a good bloke that's why I'm trying to get this sorted out for you both but i just can't get my head round why he hasn't at least replyed. I don't blame you for wanting your money back at all and I think he's seriously shot himself in the foot!
