yeah this isnt good, never a great fan of smart parts in the first place, liking them less and less now

Seriously wrong is one of the biggest understaments that I've heard this year! (but then I don't 'spose the mods would allow anything much more abusive!!)

Has any other manufacturer expressed an opinion on this, an official one that is??

Seriously if they are allowed to enforce this patent with existing companys making electros then everything goes Pete Tong... it will make manufacturers if they continue to manufacture increase there prices to inclde SPs' imposed tarrifs, or put them out of business all together. So much for a fair market??!! If this not something that the monopolys and mergers commision would get involved with?

I hope this because of there attitude, and there obvious interest in revenue as opposed to competition and choice marks there subsequent downfall.... muppets.

What do you guys think, are they right or Wrong to persue this?
If successfull is this a good thing for paintball?
Will SP ads still continue to adorn the mag?

What about Sponsored Teams, will you guys step up in protest or do you agree??
