it just shows the total lack of respect to all the hard working people who try to get PB recognised as a sport
if papers had to be served do it at another time and another place
But maybe this is the American way to do bussiness,
like some people argue.

Honestly they get worse... didn't think it was possible... 
Anyone heard of any further news on there action towards ICD?
Who will be next then I wonder... first serve papers on the guy who owns ICD who weren't a well man... then on Mr Long when they are about to play a big game??!! Some one got a sick way of going about things if you ask me....

Man that is majorly f**ked up!
So if they only have a US patent then WDP, Eclipse and other non-us manufacturers can still make their guns and sell them at normal prices to us non-us lot right?
But if the US is the biggest market (which to most of the companies it is) then they will loose sales and end up having to export to the US where it will cost the yanks more to buy an angel or e-blade, which will make them go to SP to get a cheaper shocker, impy or nerve, thus loosing WDP their sales anyway.
But does it also mean that the americans will have to come over here to get their markers and then take them back with them, just like we sometimes do with the american made markers, so that they can avoid the high price? Thus meaning that WDP may not loose all their market as the americans will probably still want Angels etc. so they will buy from here and either take it back or get it sent from here (would that still avoid the patent tax?).
I could just be talking gibberish as I am not too sure if I understand it all,

I was talking to someone at WDP the other day about this, he garenteed me that WDP were not going to go down without a fight, and their going to fight it as much as they can.
i dearly hope smartparts either rejects the patents or goes down. Guys this is our sport, surely we have some say in about what happens in it? why not try a petition which is in conjunction with the UKPSF to protest against what is happening??? wont that work??

I am NOT talking on behalf of the UKPSF here but IMHO If they gave a toss what other people thought they wouldn't be doing it already
Legally they have the right which is apparently good enough for Sparts Mart. Ethics, Morals and duties to the Sport do not appear to be an issue for them
