Sweet, that's the explanation we needed mate.

Mebbe they'll go after microsoft (my mouse has an "electro trigger" after all), then both companies will sue ech other into oblivion.

Doesn't the same thing happen in every other industry though? just that the smaller companies have been a bit luckier in paintball up to now?
(not saying it's right.I'm not sure either way yet)

holy cow

well that passed an afternoon at work.

ok just a thought, microsoft basically ate up there competetors, but they still have competition. prices for vgood vfast computers have tumbled. technology has advanced.

sp have a patent, from where and when and with what grounds, they have it and have a right to sue for impingment. it sucks but its a fact.

if they monopolise paintball, they will still have competition, technology will advance and prices will fall.

on a lighter note. every toaster has a patent on it but they all operate in the same way, with the same internals and do the same thing. how does that work?

cockers for ever,
we will have to run around with solar panels on our backs(no batteries)which will give power to a electronic pack on say our belt(no body mounting) which will just plug into the markers very basic elec jack plug and will fire paint balls( which are not actually paint)((hey that could be kind of useful info))

I posted this before.......yes microsoft made pcs cheap......... but they ruined any chance of a rival, possibly better technology. No one developed anything different 'cos it wasn't workable due to their monopoly.

Wont monopoly law get SP? like Microsoft gave Mac computers several million to keep them goin so taht Microsoft would get in trouble for having a monopoly:confused:

Just a thought....

I wonder if Smart Parts ever paid royalties to Airgun Designs for the "Magic Box" mods? I know they were factory certified to do it, but I mean, they were doing mod work on other people's guns....
