always found smart parts pretty helpful, maybe not the cheapest but hey if you can find it cheaper elsewhere buy it there,
poor customer service sucks but always ask to speak to someone in charge, i know phil has just recruited a couple of new people to work there and maybe they were the ones who you spoke to. put your complaint in writing or email and see if they try to resolve your problems. if they dont then sure come on and start a thread saying so. but let us know if phil tries to sort this out with you.

btw i have no connecction with smart parts europe other than as a customer

Thy're pretty helpful doods, always helpful with advice etc.

Only problem I have with them is they're set postage fee. It costs the same to post a marker or a bunch of markers as it does to post out a screw to you.

erm yeah alright.

I dont usually post but feel I have to, I cannot understand why so many people jump on the smart parts hatred band wagon when there is nothing wrong with the kit or the customer service.
I have had dealings with WDP, PLANET, BELSALES and NPS and SMART PARTS have always been as good on customer service as the others. I find it a bit out of order to moan about the price of postage when it is generally normal practice to bump the price up, as for the price of the safety valve that's about right. Now fair enough you should have had your parts when agreed but things like this happen and it doesn't mean that SP have bad customer service.

sp customer service...

its always funny how people remember the bad and never the good... from personal experience i've taken various parts down to SP just to get various parts fitted etc- and every time its been sorted out for me. last time i went, i needed to get an LPR put on- not only did Jay sort that while i waited, even though they were real busy, but he also replaced the hammer in the marker foc. now he didnt have to do that, he could have just let me carry on using the marker as it was, but no, he took the time out to help me-not only that but Phil has taken the time out to help me at the last Millenium i played even though he too was real busy!!
Thats what customer service is about- exceeding expectations!!
Nothing but praise for them really..
