Hehehehe, you we are sponsored by SP. And Yes, we are happy about the support. Yes, sometimes things take a bit longer due to the volume of other shizzle happening at SP. But they have come through everytime.

(Even when we were not sponsored!)

I have been in the shop loads of time and sometimes it makes me wonder what people expect.

One dude did kill his shocker buy trying to put some after market (no name mentioned) on the gat. He scared the body and expected a new one! Come one be serious!

Also, would you pull your arm out for someone who calls you up and doesn't stop f*ing at you? No you wouldn't. You would do the bare minimum to solve the issue.

As I said before. Yes they do make mistakes, but we all do. But overall they are a nice bunch and they will try their hardest to sort your problem. Don't forget, at the end of the day most of you are dealing with SP Europe. They have to rely on what the states do.
