Swearing...

...Ok i wasnt at the event but swearing happens, it happens in every sport but is just alot more noticable in this sport due to spectators being so close to the field.

99% of players will swear during atleast 1 game of their paintball career, it happens but its just when people go overboard with it.

So yes i see your point but unfortunatley theres not alot we can do about it.

I agree.
Thanks to all the people who helped this event to run. I for one really enjoyed it and at the end of the day, that is what counts. Hope to see more events like this soon.

I must admit that I am one of these people. The problem I have is that I swear a heck of a lot without realising it just at work and at home. It's just natural for me and it doesn't stop on the field. Sometimes when I have hit someone, I shout "get the f**ker out!" I don't realise I have said it until after which kind of pisses me off because I know that if someone hears me... marshals, spectators, the other team... then I will not only make myself look a total d*ck but also my team and sponsors.
I agree with you Imp, the swearer's out there should kerb their language because it does give us a bad rep.

you think?

I've been hearing this forever, it seems like. Do you think people watch paintball, and go, " ok, some nice young men shooting about a billion balls at each other out of these crazy high tech guns, neato, I could get into this sport... wait! he said the F-word! Did you hear him? Well that just totally changes my perception of the game. Nevermind, I'll go watch a nice clean rugby match."

I think the passion of the struggle is part of what makes paintball watchable. If people didn't get all worked up, it would seem sorta dull.

"There's a guy standing in one place while he shoots a lot of balls at that other guy. Hmm, cool. They sure do shoot a lot"

Wow. How dull. Oh, wait a sec. did you hear that? He just called that guy a mofo. Yeah, and the other guy called him a ---. This is awesome. I can hardly wait to see another game or better yet, play.

Get real.

Great fun, much respect Ecstasy

Well done Twizz and all the crew for pulling it off, looking forward to the next one. Only problem I saw was the air, get that sorted and you've no worries.

Shout out to both Robbo and Scotty, along with all the Ecstasy core. I had a great day, loads of fun and tons of great paintball. Keep working hard through the winter and we should do well next season in Europe.

Also a massive thanks to Phil and all the guys at Smart Parts Europe. Guess I better say thanks to Hybrid as well, we'll get you next time ;) :D

baca i know we cant help swearing and that it does happen but picture this-

my dad came to watch me a while ago with my little bro and when they were watching all he could hear was f*** this and F*** that and for my little bro i dont really want him to be listening to that launguage. and my dad now doubts the sport cause all he thinks is we get on the field shoot the crap out of each other and swear. ok ok thats all we do. but we can make it more proffesional. i know swearing cant be stopped but maybe we can have penalties for it??

good tourney twizz
