jeff abbott, along with others, was instrumental in an attempted theft of my property in Paris and he also committed fraud on the way by formally stating someone else owned Nexus (I owned the team at the time) on headed notepaper that he submitted to a representative of the Millennium, namely Laurent Hamet.
Laurent was unaware of the fraud but smelled a rat and I was eventually alerted to what was being attempted.
The attempted theft collapsed and all of the guys had then to face the music.
As a heads up, the others who were party to this attempted theft have all apologised and I had no problem in accepting it, I regard them all as men because it must have been a hard thing for them to do considering the circumstances.
jeff abbott is the only person to not apologise or even admit what happened, in fact, he is in complete denial of it all and continues with his preferred version of events .... the fact all the others have admitted to what they did and apologised seems to have escaped him but hey, I don't care, in my opinion, he's mentally ill and should seek counseling of some sort before his delusions get him into real trouble.
Three of the guys who were part of all this have told me what abbott did and what is irrefutable is the fraud he instigated, and he did this alone.
Nobody else could have helped him with this part of the attempted theft because of his position.
He has been telling people that I am a liar and he never tried to steal anything and didn't do anything wrong, which of course he is entitled to do but he has one small problem .... he's lying and I can prove it but he can't prove I am lying.
He has been telling some people he is suing me, well that's hilarious because I have received nothing...absolutely nothing.
He would have to be barking mad to sue me because he knows full well what he did and he knows full well I have chosen my words very carefully when accusing him .... the man is a thief and a fraudster.....sue me!!!!
If he's telling the truth then one of the other guys who he was with can confirm it, in fact, here is an opportunity for abbott to prove he's right.
Tony Perez, Lee Digard, Dunny and Tommy Pemberton were all present and party to what happened in Paris .... if no such theft was attempted by abbott, then any one of those guys can come on here and state as much to finally put this issue to bed.
I await their response ......
Some people might well be wondering why I have persevered with this and have criticised me for even posting it up on my own forum.
I don't really have to justify anything on here but I think it appropriate I do so now.
jeff abbott not only tried to steal my property by fraud, he also grievously insulted me regarding my role as a father of my kids...which for any normal person is waaaay outside the accepted bounds of a dispute.
He will answer for that outside of any court.
On top of this, he's the only person not to admit to, and apologise for, what he attempted to do in Paris.
And, he has continually insulted me and undermined me when he thought he couldn't be caught out, luckily for me, I have friends in this industry who respect me and I was made aware of what he was up to.
All in all, he's a real piece of sh!t who needs to leave this industry and the sooner the better in my opinion.
I'm afraid Tony Perez, Lee Digard, Dunny nor Tommy Pemberton have been in touch to tell me that jeff abbott was not instrumental in attempting to steal my property ...... and so, to all those people in our industry who have been told by abbott he never tried to steal from me, and that I am the liar ..... it might now seem a little strange as to why none of the above mentioned guys who were present and party to everything that went down in Paris have not come forward to confirm abbott's side of the story .....
I suppose the point is, if abbott is telling the truth, you'd tend to think that at least one of those guys would have been in touch ...... how strange !!!!
Is it strange though, or could it be that abbott was lying to his back teeth all along, scumbag that he is?
There is only one coclusion that can be drawn from such circumstances and that is, jeff abbott is a thief, he is a fraudster and he is a liar ...
Finally, there is no doubt whatsoever as to the true character of this man and what he did in Paris, and not one person [apart from himself unsurprisingly] came forward to defend him or what he did, and on this point, I will finally rest my case.
I will rest my case in terms of case proven but I won't ever rest my attacks ..... that won't ever stop until he has left this industry.
My email inbox, postbox and text message inbox are conspicuously devoid of any communication that confirms jeff abbott's denial of attempted theft and fraud .....
I have also not received any communication from anybody informing me I am being sued.
It would seem once again, abbott is lying to people when telling them he is suing me.
How the hell he would get any litigation going is beyond me because the first day in court would be a farce when I called my witnesses ... all of whom would be honour/legally bound to tell the truth and none of those people involved would be willing to lie for abbott.

All of us on the team were involved in deciding what the best decision was for the future of the team.
In the end without getting into too much detail, I chose to make no decision and let the fate of the team rest on the final decision of its true owner Robbo. During the time of finals I spent my afternoon coaching my fellow friends from Menace as Nexus did not qualify. It was not until after the day that I was told by some fellow teamates that the problem had been resolved. That in fact without everyone’s knowledge, Jeff Abbott went to the millennium and signed the team name over to himself and the company he worked for. When I inquired how could this have been done since myself nor most of the players on Nexus had signed anything, I was made aware that Jeff Abbott had signed for himself on his company's letterhead requesting ownership of the team. This was my last event for the year and I no longer played with Nexus after that. My loyalties remained with Eclipse for always being true and ethical to the very end. Unfortunately there are too few companies in the paintball industry that operate with integrity and accountability like the wonderful people of Planet Eclipse.
In closing I learned several lessons that I will never forget, just remember you need to never forget to be true to the people and sponsors who are faithfull to you. If someday something changes, do not be quick to blame or judge anything until you fully look within yourself at your own performance and attitude to change. We as a team were not winning or providing the results that were required of us to be a professional paintball team and our sponsorship and future as a team was in question. The worst thing we could have done was to try and remove ownership from the very person that gave us that opportunity to begin with. Fortunately there are very few things in life that I regret and one is allowing the thought of being a part of a mutiny to take Nexus away from Robbo is clearly one of the worst. Jeff Abbott seemed ok to have done it all on his own.
