A directional mic will do it.
And I guess they will simply measure the time between two shots. Makes it easier/simpler to measure and enforce.
Gun software may actually have to 'add' a little time to some shots to ensure a constant 15bps.
A constant 15bps is still damn fast.

Make sure your crystal ball knows the difference between PSP and NXL.
PSP will not be "allowing" full auto to any degree.
The NXL is a very small closed circuit of players. Things that apparently make sense in that environment are not realistic in the "open to the public" PSP events.

I can confirm that I will not be watching any NXL games. I am totally against appearing on any "possible witness" lists.
Actually, I believe that there has been more thought put into the idea than is apparent, or at least more thought than is being discussed on these forums.
I think there willbe a mandate that FA can only engage after 3 or 4 semi only shots have been fired.
I think there are several contraptions on hand that will have to be proven effective in maintaining the rule or the rule will be nullified.
I think the fact that we are talking about 9 teams with a total of 115 players, who are only playing with this equipment on one field and against others who are willing and accepting of the ruling is significant.
And I think I will be introducing my goggle chin strap device to the public at the NE Open. Inside info has allowed me to conceive, design, manufacture, and patend the product way ahead of everyone else. Big money is finally coming my way!!

I will second Simons suggestion of banning Nick, he only ever talks about how sucessful X-ball is anyway (despite all evidence to the contrary)...., we prolly won't miss him.

Well if I was a slick hated lawyer, ohhh how I hate lawyers, I would bail the insurance company out of any claim that has to do with the PSP because, on site, they host the NXL and the NXL apparently (is this all internet rumor? if so I say we lynch lambini) is going to sanction FA which is against current ASTM standards.
Unless they have a valid policy that allows for their foolishness.
And the nxl does affect everyone else... Those boards will be created and they will spread, next year guns will come from the factory with an 'nxl' mode, already look at the stupid hartman post about the nerve. We are going backwards. Some kid is going to get hurt and his soccer mom is going to go on a rampage. Here I actually thought we were growing up a little when everyone agreed to change the CO2 tanks because there was two deaths. I guess we have to kill people for everyone to agree to something.
