soak it up mate. Its feckin ****e how this sport operates. At every event, from the NPPL to the MILLENIUM to the PSP to the freakin series 2003, theres always, somewhere, bias of some kind or another shown to certain teams. And im sure that weve ALL experienced it, both detrimentaly and positively. Ive played games where we've been shown favouritism, and I've played games where we were obviously playing more than 7 men if you know what i mean. There have been times I've seen my team not make the cut (see Robbos here predicament) on a "technicality" and times when Ive been on a team that is just plain better treated by organisers and marshalls and officials.
Everytime, someone looses out, and it'll never change until we have some kind of structured hierarchy within the sport, a proper framework and good NON PROFIT MAKING organisations watching over us all, i.e a governing body.
What has happened to Nexus sucks bigtime, but is great as an example of how much this kinda thing happens, it just doesnt always happen to a team in the spotlight like Robbos.
Bad luck big guy, better luck next time mate.
And first place next time would be the best revenge possible, dont get bitter.
