I hate to whine, but....
enough is enough with the "bonus balling"!
I had a conversation with a US Am team after a game about the very same thing. I mugged a guy on their team and consequentially got shot by one of their back players. The ref pulled my arm band and I moved out to my dead box via the out of bounds area. As I was walking back I got ripped on the back on the head by the same back player.
After the game I had to at least asked what the hell he had done it for. He told me that it happens all the time and wasn't a big deal (to him obviously). As I probed for more info, he went on to say that "I would question the idea of mugging anyone on that team again"!!?
Right, well how could I argue with such sound logic??
either way, I have to agree with the offenders being "twats" and a hair on the cowardly side.
