i invented a brilliant device a few years back......its a mobile phone with a built in breathalizer..........you programme it when sober obviously and then every time you want to send a text message or make a call you have to pass a breath test. if your pissed up it wont let you text or call your ex!

i used to have a beer car with similar properties to the aforementioned beer scooter...
