Hi again Robbo,

I won’t comment on your PM because I feel that if it was private we shouldn't discuss it in the forum. I can assure you I meant no harm with mine, if you took the wrong way then I regret I couldn't express myself differently.

Anyway, it matters not.
I doubt I will actually be going to Madrid but the Nexus Exclipse team will as I stated before, so unfortunately I will be missing out on the players' party, but hey, my team can make up for it, especially if they put up a great show like they did in Toulouse :)
I'm sorry you wont come because I was especting you to pay me dinner at KFC :D
Unfortunately I wasn’t on Toulouse but I bet your team mates will just love the surprises we have prepared for them.

Peace...and please say 'hi' to Pedro for me (my wife always thought he was a nice guy but she's been wrong before, I mean, she married me :))
I gave him your regards. He told me that you are lucky, for your wife as beautiful eyes. Maybe you should trust her instincts more often ;).

Originally posted by Buddha 3 As a final point, and I'm just stating my opinion here, I think it is extremely silly for a Millennium partner event to put up a list of names that are not yet confirmed or anything. It tends to reek of misleading tactics in trying to draw in more customers. I hope you can understand why some people might see it that way.
Hi Buddha,

If you feel this way then I humbly apologise to all. It wasn't our intention to mislead or fool anyone. Sure we wanted to draw attention to the Event and make team send their confirmation faster, but to make this a X-Files case it’s a bit too much.

Im sorry for not replying sooner but I've been busy with some preparations. Just added the site plan with the indoors Players Area and the General Plant for the event.

Best Regards,
João Amaral

PS- Baca Loco the Spanish Inquisition comment could be taken wrongly by Spanish players, but I know you are like Robbo and love to make light hearted jokes so I wont take it wrongly

I appreciate it, Joao--the remark refers to a goofy skit by oldster Brit comedians 'Monty Python' and was indeed a poor effort at a joke about the turn this thread took. :)

LOL

Nice one Baca Loco,

Although I'm a fan of Monty Pyton’s I didn't remembered that sketch.
I wont forgive myself for this oversight.

As you can see what you wrote as a comic relief could be misunderstand (considering the Event will be in Spain) unless you know the context of the joke.

Anyway please bring the comfy chair but don’t be cruel and at least give me a cake with the cup of coffee.

Best Regards,
João Amaral

I am really super pissed off that I took so long to reply, but I've been on vacation in Denver and I just got back.

Thanks for caring, but our sponsors are happy just to watch us win.

You haven't answered any of my questions. And you haven't responded to any of the other people on this thread who said that my doubts are reasonable and that they deserve an answer. All I wanted to do is get enough info to decide if my team should make the trip to Madrid or not. Also, I don't recall insulting you. If you feel insulted by my previous post you have too much of a thin skin to be forum posting, dude.

So you admit you consciounsly lied to the users of this forums to make them register in your event. If you didn't intendto mislead anyone then you have a pretty weak grip on reality. Let's see... you publish a list of 81 teams (without saying it is wishfull thinking but implying it's a list of registered teams!) right after stating that you have around 50 registered teams, but we are supposed to somehow know that that list is not accurate. Sorry but I'm not psychic. The final list (as it is now) appears to have 37 confirmed teams. Is that right? What happened to the 32 teams that were confirmed in the previous list? You said those were teams that had registered and paid (they were in bright colors in your list) but now are gone. I have been trying to keep track of your different lists in my blog.

Our chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... Our two weapons are fear and surprise...and bogus team lists.... Our *three* weapons are fear, surprise...

PS. Some friends of mine booked a room in the same hotel where you have a 99 euro deal for just 66 euros, using the hotel website. ;)
