Highest Quality Uk Tournament

Ive played the PA, Series and UkMasters.

I would say the Masters is by far the best in terms of organisation and prizes.
It is certainly growing in support where other compettitions are in decline.
Plus in associtation with DYE they have cool prizes.

PA Has better fields and better organisation, but a whole load of crap you have to put up with also.
Which is why I dont think it is ideal as a chilled out practice for Milleniums.

Only 1 thing counts towards practice for MS events:The quality of opposition.

Everything else is of no consequence

Nick
Which is exactly why we're looking for the best quality of opposition at uk level, being on a rock 9miles by 5 we're not exctly overrun with quality opposition.

Tricky you DO NOT need to play a UK series to get better for the MS.

Just train train and train some more. Way better than playing 8 games or so in a day.

drill drill and drill

I agree with the training Sam but you do have to go out and put your trainig into practice at some point.

No point flying to Malaga Beach only to find out that the "Shooty Shooty Crab Toe Technique" you have been practicing for months doesn't cut it in Millennium Div 1!!!

True, but using a series as a supplement for training isnt the way forward.

Look Nexus in 2003, they trained their asses off, and attended 2 Mill's, 5 NPPL's and that was it, other than one 5 man event i think. Thats the way forward.
