I did not say "females have less adrenalin", I said..."any adrenalin in the system has less of an effect in females"

Bit of a difference.
Same same but (you say) different - then let ME explain again as well:

When I enter the field my adrenalin has just as strong an effect in my system as it has in my male team mates!!! There is no way around it - females can have just as much adrenalin pumping AND feel the rush just as good/strong as any male........ ;)

Seriously!

EDIT: But that being said off course there is no question that males in general are superiour to the female what concerns physical strength - but since when has that got anything to do with adrenalin?

That may be, but female instincts, in modern times, are not tuned the same way as a man's, therefore, regardless of the adrenalin, the female body, does different things with it...

How can you possibly know that? That is the same as me saying:

"Oh..I know exactly what the female orgasm feels like to them!"

I'd love to, believe me!!

Adrenalin has a great deal to do with physical strength...that is why power lifters, psyche themselves up, by screaming and growling and other such things, to get the adrenalin pumping, to assist them with teh lift.
It also explains how people, including females, are able to lift extraordinarily heavy items, during emergencies etc, that normally, they wouldnt be able to do.

All I am saying, is Women, have been protected, by men...for thousands and thousands of years, generally.
Which is why the male body is more intune, to this day, to situations, or percieved/replicated situations such as paintball, where reflexes etc, are involved.

I will also add, that by no means do I mean, that women need men to protect them today...but...it wasnt that long ago, in an evolutionary sense, that they did, which is why men, still harbour those instincts/abilities.

You've got to all remember we're talking generalisations here. MOST men have the fight instinct built in, MOST women have slightly different "wiring" in how they react in a given situation. This doesn't mean that all men will react one way or all women another, doesn't mean all men are more agressive than all women, or that all women have a slower explosive snap response than men. Social conditioning also has a part to play, but again that's dependant on the bindividual and their upbringing.

So if we are talking theoretical generalisations here, then I agree if you take 1000 random men and 1000 random women, you're likely to have a better chance of finding a pro baller from the men. But if you're saying that all the men will be better than all the women, then I'll completely disagree.

OH MY GOD - where on earth have you gotten all these ideas from - where do I begin........! ;)

Hell yeah - us women DO react differently from men - and we DO have other ways of dealing with "stuff" than men do....... But how can you singlehandedly determine wether that is for the better or worse on a paintball field?

Howcome according to you (when reading between the lines!), the male instinct somehow should be more usefull on field than the female?

And how can YOU possibly know that? :p

Isn´t this all about having different oppinions rather than being 100% "right" - shouldn´t we just agree to disagree, and agree on the fact that none of us really know any scientifically proofs?

- and then maybe someday one of us can proove the other wroong (or right?)? ;)

Yeah - I agree - so how does that apply to you saying that females respond differently to this adrenalin? You just said both males and females perform better than they are actually supposed to!

Okay - let me put it in another way: When looking at the number of male and female paintballers, how would you rank them skill-wise on field? I actually truly believes, that you will find a bigger percentage of the females being good/solid "ballers" than you will amongst the males!

Maybe that is solely due to the fact that less females actually do enter this sport - it takes more for them to keep going, so once they do they are even more determined to be "good" than the males....... But that is off course only my own personally oppinion, and not something I have any statistic nor scientifically proof of!

PEACE! :)

I think, without wanting to seem rude...that any further discussion, is dependent on you actually understanding, what I am writing...which you arent...most likely, because you are from Denmark and I am not.

Case in point...

Again, not meaning to be rude.

Well me being from Denmark has nothing to do with me (appereantly!) not understanding your points of view!

BUT you seem to argue as though you know it all and I know nothing - I´m definately not arguing that I know any more than you, since I´m only arguing with the points you post here, not totally reject them! There is a difference!

You argued that somehow females don´t have the ability to "feel" the adrenalin just as thoroughly as males - so for me to say it isn´t so isn´t any worse than you saying it is! When all in all none of us really have that "scientific proof" - you so eagerly want......

So yeah - let´s just stop arguing since our points of view are so very different. BUT we are both entitled to these oppinions right - male or female? ;)

You obviously don´t think female paintballers can become just half as good as male ballers, so let´s just leave it at that - and then just maybe you can be prooven wrong later on!

- and that is not meant in any rude way either....... ;)
