well there was always the time when two of the other "funny" marshalls hoisted my bike up a tree

I've had some good laughs marshalling but my boss comes on here so I probably should keep my mouth closed

Theres the good old putting various pieces of people's clothing out on the gun testing range for the punters to shoot at - thats a firm favourite of mine.

Harshest thing i can remember doing is telling a new marshall that when he pots up he had to count out each individual ball to make 100 per pot and if he spilt any it would come out of his wages... poor kid...

i've been mugged right in the head while marshalling the player did say sorry tho so it was all good:d, hurt like hell.

I got lite up by a walk-on on my back and then told "move out the f***ing way!" (I was on my knees in a slight hole and no-one, yes no-one was I was actually looking. I was in a funny area but 3 others were marshalling different parts other field) I dont being asked first , but I suppose thats un-intelligent adrenaline fuelled players for you.
