Steve, if you had only acknowledged the problems I was highlighting all the time instead of the unrealistic line you were taking, then we didn't have to get into a verbal fight situation let alone a knock out one.
And now you finally appreciate what I was trying to say, perhaps you can begin to at least start thinking in a more practical direction.

Nick, the fact that these teams are not going to come over to play EXL does not mean we have to isolate ourselves. The fate of European paintball is inextricably linked to that of the Americans, the sooner we all recognise that fact the faster we can all move forward.
We cannot move European paintball forward without the Yanks, the NXL teams are now out of the equation and the EXL is I think doomed, what's left to do is now obvious I would have thought, it's just a matter of detail.

As much as I hate to say it Pete is right we cant afford it. I probably spent twice as much so far this season as I did last season. The S7 guys will be there but probably not the nxl.
Hey Rich,

You guys are definitely going to missed. I not only mean NXL but the Men in particular. Getting to see you guys in LA two times and then in Toulouse was a blast and a major part of the attractiveness of this job-from-hell that I've had this year.

I'll see you at the Cup anyway and good luck there!

Steve

Please try and be objective !

It does NOT matter whether it is called the EXL or the EYL - whether 5-man or 7-man..... none of those factors are relevant to what teams attend the events.

What IS important is who promotes it and how it is done.

Anyway - feel free to give me a call and tell me what came out of your meeting.

Nick

NIck, I don't think I have said or even hinted at anything that runs contra to anything you have just said !!!

Hrm...

Maybe I should take one for the team, move to Europe, and thus drive all of you state-side.

Not that moving to Europe would be such a bad thing....

The English paintball nation would resemble lemmings if immigration control ever slipped up and allowed you to go thru the green gate :)
