The initial point I was trying to raise about the incident on field 3 was that the judges seemed so worried about making a bad call that they in fact made no call at all. Marshalling, like playing, requires a degree of confidence. Experienced players will try and push judges to see what they can get away with it. I was trying to be constructive and say that marshals should not take that kind of crap from players.

I have no problem with Impact as a team, as has been said on here hands were shaken and things are fine. I look forward to another hard game against them.

indigo_bo,if you actually bothered to read my post above ,i did in fact appologise to the marshalls on that field,so i fail to see what point you are trying to make ,you did not see the incident in question ,so i feel just making a post about the language that came out of my mouth,is unfair in the extreme, seeing as in 2 posts so far i have appologised for my actions.
when your team is playing ,a team that you train to be fair and play hard ,and some thing happens that is wrong and unfair you would be annoyed ,that coupled with the adrenalin that this sport of ours gets flowing ,tends to make one a bit outspocken.
And actually many of storm would have reacted in the same manner had it involved them.
and as far as my team acting in the correct way,i am very sorry but that it exactly the way they acted ,if you had bothered to take in what you saw and heard you would have noticed they acted very well indeed,it was myself that lost it .
it actually seems your post is an attack on myself, which in its self is a bit weak ,seeing as you do not know me ,have probabley never met me ,and from what you are saying you make posts without actually knowing the facts surrounding anyones actions.
As i refuse to get into an internet forum slagging match, especially against some one i have never met, these will be my last words on the matter i have made my appologies to Dave Stewart, and the marshalls on field 3 ,i feel i owe you nothing .

Much obliged

1) Thanks Grandad for your eloquent apology. Means alot to me and the team. Funnily enough when it happened some of your teams members went "don't worry about him. He's passionate about the team. He'll calm down in a minute" Which you did. To apologise on here is cool and like i said ta very much.

2) The zone impact thing.... i'll admit i've read things on this thread which i've disagreed with and its got my back up abit. However i'll step back and say we'll all one big family and if you want to disagree with me then that's cool. For the record i think i got the call bang on but others will disagree. Thats fine... Thats why they call it democracy.

See you all at the next one!

P.S Good luck to impact in Germany.we'll see you there!

Dude just quoting my feelings on throwing of guns - I never accused you of throwing it! My apologies if you thought I was!

the person has since been corrected by the marshal at the centre of the action so end of story - but my views don't change on safety!
