Never gonna happen, the time to check all boards in all guns and re-program would be too great, let alone the resource for doing it who's going to buy the laptops?Originally posted by L J
anyways, ways to get round it, all boards that are even suspicious be checked, and if nothing can be found but still suspicious, then maybe a forceful reprogramma, or just inform the police
Mid game chronoing fine, taking the gun away mid game to check it, are you serious??Originally posted by L J
ok, if a board is suspect by a marshall, thats by a marshall NOT not player, then someone just does a check over , and if nothing is found they can play on, if the marshall still suspects it, then it is pulled and not allowed to be used, if this is because of high rof, then the player has to prove they cana ctually do it with their fingers, if it looks like its shooting hot, then it is definetly pulled because it gets illegal/dangerous

LJ: whats the difference between a suspicious board and a non-suspicious board? and how is it judged?
are you saying now that its only certain boards which can be tampered with (if any)?
the only way i feel a marshall would pick out a certain marker would be because of reputation. say a timmy or viking with WAS, these have debounce settings so no doubt will probably be checked over an angel speed or A4
how does a marshall know which marker to check? and even how? you cant be expecting every marshall to know how to check every board/marker for suspect programming, like bounce or whatever.
Nick: didnt you know that if you hold ya gat sideways while shouting 'die muvvaf****r, i keeeel you fool' like an uzi, ya get extra special mad fast fingers. honest
Alot of measurements and numbers are taken measuring the time between 2 shots.Originally posted by Nick Brockdorff
28 BPS measured how ?
I mean - anyone in here...... if someone were to ask you to tap your trigger 28 times in a single second.... would you be able to do it ?
I honestly don't believe that is humanly possible.
Maybe it's just me.... but when I fire my gun as fast as I can, I average around 14 BPS...... and by listening to anyone else out there shooting, I don't think anyone shoots twice as fast..... or even close to it - some may be able to reach around 20, but that's IT.
I honestly think this whole BPS issue is inflated a great deal (a lot of pride in this issue for many players)..... which was my point..... and then also that if a player DOES fire upwards of 20 BPS, something is "wrong" with his gun.
I mean, an UZI has a rate of fire of under 16 per second - and you are seriously telling me there are people that can outshoot an UZI, nearly two to one, on a semiautomatic paintball marker ?
