Drink as much as i can when i can
Yet can still keep up if not beat most our YGs and the rest of the team.... (maybe need a lie down after but hey im getting old!)
So either it cant be all bad, something scary is gonna happen later in life or they are a bunch of unfit *******s
Dont think its about what u eat/drink/smoke, But more to do with excercise and fitness levels. Running site and company keeps me on my toes 10 hours a day min, and its generally physical stuff.
So eat what you like fellas, Just make sure you burn the calories too
