Anyway, on a more serious note, I think the fitness levels within the world of paintball are on the up. With the way the game has moved on in the last 5 or so years players need to be more disciplined, and we are. The game is now more demanding which is why I think you have seen the, dare I say it, fat *******s fading away. Yeah, there's still a few 'Butterbeans' out there that can take the pace, but how fit do you have to be if you can sit in your back corner, dumping paint and making eliminations? To me it all depends on how seriously you take the game. If you wanna be the best you can and wanna progress in the sport, then like any other sport involving sprinting/diving/quick movement/awareness, you've gotta look after yourself. If you just play the game for the love of the sport and are happy with your position, then who says you can't go out the night before, smoke 40 fags, drink 15 pints and then play a tourny in the morning?

go to the gym two or three times a week, go running one night a week and play as much ball as possible.
It works for me!!!
